I absolutely love the staff. So caring and polite. Dr. Austin Marcolina is my angel. He has made changes to back that have been life changing. I have dealt with these issues for 30 plus years and he has made such a difference. He cares, he has compassion and it shows. Im so grateful I have found him. I have been going here for years now because of chronic pain. Fused neck fused lower back. They always listen to my sometimes crazy pains and try to find the reason for it. Always try to give me the best care and I really appreciate the doctor and all the staff. I have never been treated poorly by anyone.

This office is very Professional. Dr. Bray and his staff are super. They treat you with respect. They respond quickly, when I have questions. I highly recommend them.

I've been going to MPC for years and it is not hyperbole to say that Chuck Bray has saved my life. He has kept my pain bearable and helped me to remain as functional as possible while I have navigated diagnosis and treatment of a degenerative, disabling, autoimmune disease and cancer. Over the years he has exhibited a depth of knowledge about chronic illness/pain that is extremely rare, nearly unparalleled, in my decades of experience. I see a lot of specialists on a regular basis, Chuck is the single most valuable member of my care team when it comes to quality of life.
I see a number of reviews that complain about wait times and I'll say this, sometimes I do wait an inordinate amount of time, but not usually. I understand that emergencies happen and that sometimes patients show up with a much more complex and time consuming case than anticipated. I also appreciate that when I need extra time and attention or an urgent appointment or call back, I get it. I never feel rushed and the staff are always happy to go above and beyond. Appointments are long, thorough, and frequently involve procedures, this takes time. For me the benefit of receiving high quality care far outweighs the inconvenience and discomfort of spending more time in the office. One way that the clinic could help patients and drivers is by having more comfortable, supportive chairs in the waiting and exam rooms. Unfortunately most medical offices have terrible chairs that exacerbate pain and fatigue.
MPC has an effective patient portal. They respond same day to almost everything, including requests for prescription refills and medical questions. They're also great about filling out paperwork and providing records. Everyone is professional, compassionate, and good at their job. Staff seem to stick around for years, I consider that a good sign.

The care of the staff is superb. The doctors take time to listen and answer your questions. From the treatments, my back pain is almost nonexistent. Treatments and results are different for everyone but I would recommend this office to everyone. They keep trying until you feel better. Sometimes the wait can be long but to me the reduction of pain is worth it.

Originally I was at a different pain specialist but moved states this place is great. You can really tell they care about their patients. Chuck has gone out of the way to even answer questions that had nothing to do with my pain, they've helped me see specialists for other problems and have never seemed condescending
Chuck and Dr. Greenwald have always been straightforward with me and have never tried to intimidate me to do things like my last specialist did I would absolutely recommend this place to absolutely anyone who lives with chronic pain.

The staff are all just wonderful. They really try hard to make you comfortable and you can tell that they care. As far as my doctor, I see Dr. Basch and I can't say enough good things about him. I trust him with my life. He is the best physician I have ever had. Takes time to listen to you and cares about you and your physical problems too. He should give a class on how to be compassionate and to be able to connect with your patients. His a top notch doctor and I feel so blessed that he takes such good care of me and my pain issues. Don't know where I'd be without.hi and all of the wonderful staff at MPC.

This place is wonderful. It has made me feel much much better! I have been able to enjoy some quality of life!! I couldn't even walk to my mailbox until getting the procedure done!! If you need pain relief Dr. Greenwald is the best. All the staff treat you with courtesy and respect!! It's always clean and well maintained!

I have been a patient at this clinic for 16 years they have helped my knees,back pain degenerative disc disease etc. Sometimes u have to wait but never been dirty girls friendly even returning calls, I'm very happy with them and care!

I have been going for a few years now, I drive 2 1/2 hours to get there one way. I started going for one problem and continue to go now for a series of issues and it’s one of the best experiences I have had dealing with chronic pain I am so thankful for the Doctor and all of his staff.this is a wonderful professional and compassionate place to go, I would recommend it to anyone who need someone who listens and cares!

I have over a decade of chronic pain from a car accident as a teenager and couldn't find a doctor who could diagnose my condition. After coming here in 2017, I have a diagnosis and treatment and I'm doing better than I have since my injury. I'm so thankful for my doctors and will work with them for as long as I am able.

Dr. Greenwald at the MPC in Big Rapids was wonderful. I had checked out two other pain clinics and was told by the doctors that they couldn"t help me and that there was no relationship between the problem with my legs and the spinal diagnosis. Dr. Greenwald on the other hand approached my symptoms professionally and (in my opinion) gallantly and gave me hope and treatment. Within two hours I received treatment by him and his wonderful staff and today I am already seeing a benefit in both my back and legs.A big thank you to Dr. Greenwald, Rachel, Brandi, Vicky, Jackie, Justin and Sherri.
