Easy and fast service, usually not busy and reasonably priced. Many shipping and mailing options for many different shipping needs. A little difficult to get insurance pay out on damaged and insured items

Had a mail carrier come up to my door looking for a misplaced package in civilian clothes. Didn't know it was USPS at the time. Arguing with my wife so loudly I had to jump out of the shower. Claiming he dropped it off 3 different days. Telling several different stories. Then he tried to coax my wife by saying he had a package for her at his house. Bout that time I came out and instructed him to leave. He then continued to threaten to bring people back with him. "Several people." Calling the office only ended up with me having to pick up my mail. No responsibility taken.

For some reason my package went to Scottsburg from Louisville instead of Sellersburg. Called the Scottsburg Post Office and ask them to hold my package there and I would come pick it up, instead of it going back to Louisville then to Sellersburg and having to wait 2-3 more days for it. CHRIS advised that there was a box of packages that came there wrong and he would NOT pull my package and hold it. Horrible customer service! Hate that he didn’t have 3 minutes to find a package! SMH
