This office came through when all others could not! Office staff are so kind and accommodating. The PA I saw was knowledgeable, kind, and addressed my issue (a possible tibia fracture, turned out it’s chips that became calcified lumps) timely! It was one of best experiences I’ve ever had.

The Staff and Racquel are the best! They have been so patient and understanding with me, they always make me feel so good and answer my questions so nice! They have been the best to me through this very difficult time! Thanks again Carol and.Mike

The staff was wonderful but I do have to say they could use a bigger sign closer to the road instead of hidden back behind tree branches. I still prefer to see Dr Ortiz

My mother broke her foot at my wedding and was sent to MVO from NLH urgent care for an evaluation & cast. After her cast was put on, she was told she was "good to go" and offered no crutches, wheelchair, or assistance of any kind from the exam room to the check out desk or the parking lot. She was told by the NP that this was a horrible break and she was to be absolutely non-weight bearing for 6 weeks. My mother is 69 years old. She limped out to the check out desk where again no one remarked on her lack of crutches, inquired if she had a ride, or offered assistance in any way. I work in a medical office and find this appalling. She called the main MVO office location and asked about crutches or a scooter and was told by receptionist that she'd have to call the satellite office, but this information would be relayed to someone. No one has reached out.
