Ashley Store + Outlet

We had a wonderful experience buying furniture for our new home at this location. Sergio Gomez was very helpful and answered all of our questions efficiently. He was very patient and respectful and we felt very at ease. We plan on returning for more items that we will need for our new home and will definitely be going back to Sergio!

Bought a couch here and Ranya F. was AMAZING! She was not only well educated on what items they had that fit what I needed, but she was so kind and personable. She made the experience easy, professional, and fun! Glad I came here after having a horrible experiences elsewhere. Ranya restored my faith in furniture stores and their sales people!

Ranya was a huge help the second we walked in the door!

Joe was helpful when we needed him. It was nice to be able to walk around and look without being hounded like we experienced in every other furniture store. Gave them a call today and our pickup was in the warehouse 2 days before our scheduled pickup date. We were able to pick up early.

I needed to purchase 3 chest of drawers and take them the same day. I am not a fan of shopping so I wanted the time to be as quick as possible. The salesman Tim, a tatooed gentleman on the floor (sorry I forgot your name 🫣) and Darryl (I think that's his name ) at the customer pick up- made this process quick, easy, and painless. My total was a bit over $1000 and I felt that wasn't too bad.
The lovely ladies at the desk, that handle customer pick up- were so very kind. Thank you to everyone at Ashley!!

She was so professional and caring about what I needed for my home.What a great experience I had at your store. Being the distribution center there were more options than at the regular retail locations plus the clearance inventory gave us another option as well. Helpful salesman was accommodating but not pushy. Good experience!

John the manager is great! He remembers us the second time we came and is very helpful. The outlet portion of the store has variety and it changes all the time so check in every once in a while for different items
