I love Dr Rose..I read the comments about it being out dated. I feel safer with Dr Rose than any other Doctor. I love her attitude, I love her all the way around. The staff they are okay but Dr Rose keeps them on their toes. She's one of a kind and I hope she never retires! Everyone loves Doctor Rose ❤

Love this new URGENT CARE. Dr. Aeya and Dr. Roses son is an amazing extension of Dr. Rose. I love the nurses and enjoy the light friendly atmosphere. Absolutely caring and compassionate new group along with my favorite nurses who are the same....pray they continue to work for the urgent care.

I found Dr. Rose to be friendly and thorough. Her office is small and 80 ish but her staff make up for any shortcomings in decor.
My only complaint or concern would be her accent makes understanding her a little difficult.

Endless confusion. I have no record of what was injected into me. Nor have I had peace of mind since leaving the clinic.

I was the only person there for just about 2 hours.

No water in the waiting room. For a routine physical, they asked me my weight. I asked if I could get on the scale, and was told one was broke but I could try the old one.
.
After being injected for a "TB test", they informed me I had to come back in 48-72 hours. This was not mentioned prior to the injection. It was not possible for me to return as I am leaving the country. I asked for any alternatives as the PA told me, "not to be rude" In the end, they simply gave me an x-ray to confirm that I was clear from TB.

The PA Ayah Jaafar lacked the empathy to communicate with me as a patient.

All around traumatic experience!!

Horrible and rude, extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Maybe she was good long ago, but by far the worst doctor I've encountered in the last 20 years.
