Couldn't be more happier with all the hard work and effort Jess and his workers put into our remodel. Jess did a complete redesign/renovation of our vacation rental with amazing attention to detail. He truly listened to my desires and the end result was everything and more than I was hoping for.

Jess and his workers did an amazing job on remodeling our kitchen , I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a building contractor , we were very pleased with the work they did. As you can see from the pictures it was quite a job , but they did a beautiful job . Thanks guys for all your hard work on making our dream kitchen come true . !!! 5 star every step of the way !!!!

Very shady individual. If you cannot find any other contractor (due to boom building times) I suppose he will do but I recommend keeping a very tight leash.

In my case I hired him to locate and fix a leak in my roof. He suggested completely replacing the roof instead of trying to locate the leak and patching it. We agreed as the roof was probably over 15 years old. We had no way to know exactly as this house was newly purchased and the previous owner did not know either (she was a divorcee).

Next rain after the roof replacement, within a span of weeks, we realized the leak was still there. Called him and he stated he isn't in the area and that he will stop by next time there is rain and he is in the area. Needless to say that never happened. He continued to delay and postpone until his labor warranty expired (in his case that's 1 year) at which point he denied any responsibility.

At this point the only potential recourse left was the manufacturer warranty on the shingles themselves. I don't know how far that would have gotten us but it doesn't matter since the contractor failed to give us any warranty paperwork for the shingles though we repeatedly asked him for it.

Whether we needed it or not we indeed have a new roof but the leak, which was the original task, never got fixed. We are now looking for somebody else to fix it.

My recommendation: make sure you are buttoned up before you sign that last check to him. He is not coming back for anything once that's done.

STOP and rethink using his services he did a roofing job and put the wrong ridge vent on our home. Then refused to contact us back to fix this mistake and now is going to cost us a additional $1300.00 to fix. One thing to do it wrong but when he will not take responsibility and contact us back is the worst.We are also filing a BBB claim and making them aware of these issues. Save your self the issues HIRE SOMEONE ELSE should not even get 1 star.

Beware this outfit. I have an ice damage roof, insurance job. Jess said he would take care of everything but I never heard from him again all summer and now it's winter again. My insurance guy called to close the case because he never heard from them. He never returned my calls. I never knew he was just stringing me along until he finally replied "not interested". These kind of guys are why there is Angie's list and Home Adviser. Very disruptive and painful to start all over and waste a year on this guy.
