Nikki is awesome! We have our home, business and life insurance with her. We have called her at all hours and she is always friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to help or answer any questions we may have! Melissa her assistant is always very helpful as well! Thank you ladies!

Nikki is the best insurance agent we've ever had! She's so great about answering questions or helping with any issue we might have. She reaches out to us if she knows something is going on that we might need her for. Also, I saved a TON of money by switching to American Family -- about 20 bucks a month on our mortgage plus another 20-30 on car insurance! I'll take it :)

Great people to work with. Nicole and the staff were friendly, and quick to help when we had a question about our policy or when we traded in a vehicle. I Definitely recommend using AmFam and the Colwell agency for home and vehicle insurance.

I've had to reach out after hours and on weekends and she never hesitates to answer any questions or concerns I have. That says all I need to know. I've dealt with agents in the past that will take 4 and 5 days to return a message but never with Nikki Colwell. It's safe to say we will not be switching insurance agents or companies!

I can’t say enough great things! I always get A+ service when I call. Nicole works hard to find the best coverage and policies and saved me a ton of money with a multi-policy discount. Always quick to any questions or resolve any issues I have and just generally pleasant to deal with. It’s really nice to have an individual to deal with and not an 800 number with a customer service representative that doesn’t know me. I recommend her office to all of my friends and family members.

By FAR, the best experience I have ever had in customer service. Nicole Colwell is a fantastic person and team member of American Family Insurance. At first, my spouse and I were just interested in life insurance (we actually ended up not qualifying), but we switched over our auto insurances, business insurance, added renter's insurance and possibly motorcycle insurance.
