We were in recently to add some lines to our account. This included number transfers from another carrier, one of which was a business account. I was prepared for a lengthy process, but Kori was able to get us in and out quickly. She was very professional and was able to answer all our questions. The experience was much easier than expected. The store was quite busy though and I was glad we had a reservation.

Anthony helped me replace my broken phone. Anthony was very helpful and told me a few different options for pricing. He was very knowledgeable on different types of phones and helped me pick the phone that I felt was best for me. Would recommend to a friend.

I went in to get a new phone but they didn't have the exact specs I was looking for. Kori was extremely helpful in helping me find somewhere to get my new phone and I was also given some useful information when I make another purchase. Definitely top notch!

My phone whacked out on me all of a sudden and lost ALL SERVICE after a software update. I was on chat with tech support for a FEW DAYS and they were not able to determine that my phone was defective. I brought my phone to this store and they were able to get a replacement phone ordered for me right away. They did all this while juggling multiple customers in the middle of a complete renovation for the store. Thank you , Sidney and Jacob for getting me the help I needed. I appreciate your time, knowledge, and expertise.

Visited 1/31/23. Had to buy a new phone because my old one had water damage and was no longer working. Chad helped me initially and was very informative, helpful, and patient. He helped walk me through adding managers to my account and looked into things while I had to wait for those changes. Brayden (I believe that was his name?) helped me with the end of the transaction and went above and beyond looking into pricing options, trying to see if there were any promo or trade in options for me, and helped walk me through different phone and payment options. Super helpful.

I recently stopped in with my wife to look into how much we would save if I were to change form AT&T to Verizon and merge our accounts and Kevin was extremely helpful with this. No annoying sales pitches - he was just extremely helpful in laying out all our options and asking about our typical usage. We walked out of there changing our phones and our home internet to Verizon and saving us a good chunk of change. We both commented on how pleasant and non-pushy the experience was.

Then a few days later, after my number had been ported, I was having a bizarre technical issue where I could make calls and send and receive texts but was somehow unable to receive calls - they all went directly to voicemail. I checked all the user-side reasons this might be but had no success. I went into the same Verizon location and was happy that Kevin was there and able to help. They went through a number of tests to diagnose the issue - ultimately he called the Verizon technical side who after some. testing of their own were able to fix the issue.

This took an hour and a half (apparently it was an extremely rare technical glitch) but Kevin was relentless in his efforts to get the issue solved and I'm extremely grateful.

The last three times we have gone to Verizon on East Beltline we arrived 15 minutes prior to opening and were waited on immediately. I realize this is not an option for everyone. Twice it was for phone replacements, and yesterday’s visit was a technical issue on my iPhone. All visits went better than expected and had outstanding outcomes (the 2nd visit was dealing with a stolen phone.). I wish I would have written a review after my first two visits as we couldn’t have been treated better. Yesterday Kevin greeted me, listened to my tale of woe (I changed my e-mail password and couldn’t get my iPhone settings to accept the changes.) After multiple attempts, much research, and 30 minutes plus, Kevin was able to get my email back up and running. Verizon East Beltline is batting three for three with us. Thanks, Kevin, for your assist yesterday. Very much appreciated 🙌🏻🙌🏻

I cannot say enough about this store!!! if you get over what you think you know and you actually listen to the associates, they know what they are talking about and are there to help! they do not work off of commission and genuinely work off of their own concern to help you. Thank you to all the staff here. You have been a life saver!

This location had the nicest staff and Jessee was an all-star and amazing help in walking through phone upgrades, trade-ins, discounts, plan savings, all the things. Definitely made the experience smooth and easy.

I recently added 2 lines to our existing account which included trade ins of our phones. I ordered the phones online and picked them up 30 minutes later at this location. I waited less than 10 minutes for the phones and the process took less than 2 minutes to complete.

I returned to the store a week later to trade in one of the phones. I waited 10 minutes is all. The agent was very professional and completed the trade in process in a matter of minutes painlessly. I was emailed a receipt for the trade in while I was in the store. I went home and logged in and all the accounting already appeared on our account. Much easier process than I anticipated.

Katie was AMAZING!! Excellent service with a smile, very helpful & informative - set me up with my new S22+ within minutes (check Google for busiest times to avoid waits!). The 5 star review is specifically for Katie.

Chad, however, told me I couldn't purchase a new phone in-store without 1 of 4 "account owners" present. When I informed him that this switch could be done via phone, he said it wasn't possible. So, I drove up to the Northland store, had Shelby call the owner and make the "switch", and drove back to deal with Katie, who had a super positive attitude!

I understand people aren't always trained enough to understand the in's and out's of these accounts. Hope Chad understands that he can be positive with customers, such as myself, when it comes to group accounts and access to phone upgrades. Thanks, gang!

The store was amazing, but I these 5 stars are for Allen J. He took the time to explain the service. Got my phone service setup. Once my old transfer phone decided to have a error, he sat patiently with me and tech support to get my issue resolved. He didn’t get leave me hanging. Allen is why Im glad I chose to switch to Verizon!!

THE best customer service I’ve had in a very very long time. A man named Seth helped us switch providers, purchase a new phone, and set up the screen protection. He was absolutely wonderful and honestly made our entire week.

Went in a few days ago, and was instant greeted and helped by a guy named Aaron. He was very helpful in figuring out which phone was right for me. (Went with the LG G4) No hard sell tactics or pressuring. Was a very laid-back experience and he stayed with me through the whole process, even helped install the screen protector and case. Would definitely recommend him and Verizon to friends and family for help.

Went in to upgrade my phone, yes I had to wait but I believe that is due to Covid restrictions, being Christmas holiday time and also because they take time to help you get what you need. Peter and Shavey both took time to genuinely help me get what is best for me and help me understand how things work. Very Pleased with the Awesome customer service I received. Thank You!

Tyler was awesome! He put the screen saver on my phone for me. Then helped me understand some of the new features of my phone. Reviewed my account and made some changes to give me additional features while cutting my monthly bill. Absolutely fantastic service!

We didn't realize from the Verizon site that by scheduling an in-store pick-up, we were choosing to bypass customer service in favor of the do-it-yourself approach. We thought it was more like making an appointment to speed up the process. Once the clerks saw that we still were hoping for assistance, they cheerfully gave it anyway, though there was probably no commission in it for them! We bought cases and will return for our future needs. They were very knowledgeable and kind.
