Castle Manor: Supportive Living

Castle Manor is a wonderful place to work. I currently work in culinary & have for over a year now. The management is a amazing in every department. It truly is a family environment. The residents are amazing to work with everyday & are also treated like family. We go above & beyond everyday to make sure our residents are well treated!

Castle Manor is the only Supportive Living community in Logan County. We are blessed to have this beautiful retirement home in Lincoln.

Beautiful facility and warm friendly staff that are always available to help.

The staff is Top knotch!! You will not find A better place for care than right here !

I worked in the dietary department. It was great! I loved working with the residents, but the coworkers that also worked in the department were awful. Talked behind your back, doesn’t know what team work means, nothing but drama, I was even bullied and the supervisor did nothing.

This place obviously doesn't care for it's workers. Despite evidence of bullying in the staff, they chose to rehire a girl who had treated another employee badly. If she could act that way against a coworker, it's obvious how she would treat the people staying there. Obviously they value the people they're supposed to care for as much as their workers🙄
