My representative David and crew were very professional. Service is impeccable and my vehicle was ready one day earlier than expected. I would recommend Nuno's to everyone. I rented a car for three days because I wasn't expecting the car to be ready that fast. I saved money by not having to keep the rental through the weekend.

Took my 2000 Ford Explorer XLT with 320,000 miles in because it was running poorly. Dropped it off at 7:00 a.m. and 8 hours later, all repairs were complete and it was running and driving like a new vehicle. David and his highly skilled technicians really do know what they're doing. I have been here for 2 separate things for my 2002 Ford Focus: get a replacement splash shield, & replace brake drums & shoes.
The first time the Ford dealer said the part wasn't available, but Bobby Nuno went the extra mile and located one for me. The second time with the braking system they only replaced the parts that were needed. They tell me a lot of the younger mechanics don't know how to replace the parts of it which is why people end up replacing the whole thing instead of the drums, etc. The staff were easy to talk to and did an excellent quality job with the repairs both times. Wow! I wish I had found them years ago. Definitely recommended.

Very positive experience. I was very impressed by the flexibility of schedule. I took my car in by 11:30 am and it was ready by 2:30 pm on the same day. I appreciated the offer of a ride back home, if I needed it. My car problem was evaluated speedily and with accuracy. The actual work was completed efficiently after consulting with me and explaining the procedure. And of course, the price was very reasonable. Abel and David at the front desk are welcoming and very helpful. This is a place where someone is available when you call and when you visit the establishment. I truly recommend Nuno.

My car was overheating pretty badly and I was running through coolant like crazy until my engine seized up a few miles from my work while on my way in. I live an hour away and I was very mad because I knew it was going to probably end up being an engine replacement and that it was going to be a lot of money. From the start they were friendly and helpful. They pointed me toward a very good priced tow truck service to get my car to them. Within 15 minutes they knew exactly what needed to be replaced and even worked with me on the price. Then they gave me a ride from the shop to work, which saved me money on an Uber.I rarely write reviews but Nuno’s in Bolingbrook is the best shop I have ever had to do business with. They had the whole job done in 3 days and it was definitely done right. Great people, great service, would definitely recommend them if you need any services for your vehicle.

Called and brought in my van that was acting "possessed". Lights serging, icons going on/off of the dash. Had my alternator, serpentine belt & battery replaced. It works like new now. Very pleased!
