Growby's RTO Home Furnishings

I have dealt with other RTO businesses but Growby’s was the best, from the first time we walked into their showroom. The sales person was polite, helpful and above all not pushy. I was looking for a washer and dryer, they showed me their products and answered all my questions. The paperwork was simple and easy. The delivery crew was polite, efficient and informative. I could not ask for a better experience. I highly recommend Growby’s RTO.

The process was quick and easy. Office staff was wonderful, delivery guys were great too.

Friendly staff. They didn't have the exact Dryer that I wanted, but I still found a great one that was delivered the next day in perfect condition. The men even took my old dryer out to the garage, which was very nice of them. I have only ever done rent to own from one company before when I was 18 and this has been the best experience out of two.

Friendly, upbeat, and helpful staff. They don't mind breaking things down for you, and helping you get what you want for the best price. They have lots of stuff in store but will order anything you want. Definitely a business that cares about their customers not just their money. You are not a number to them like other businesses, but a name and a friend.

All the employees are so helpful and very friendly. They worked with me a bit on the total price of our new laptop we needed for college. Overall I will definitely be returning for future purchases!

Always buy here. Cheaper than everyone else on prices but better on quality. For the people that have had bad experiences there's a reason. Most likely they didnt pay their bill and are salty about having to return the items. HEADS UP PEOPLE its RTO you RENT it till you OWN it. before you pay it off dont act like it's yours and their wont be issues.

If i could give this place a higher rating than 5 stars i would definitely give it the most possible. Not only is the customer service great, but the prices are amazing. This is by far the best rto store i have ever used. EVERYONE should use them, you wont be disappointed.

They have been great with us, I have purchased my bedroom suite , couch, lawnmower and washer and dryer over the last 4 years, never had issues and will work with you if u are having issues making payments

Love the staff. They were so helpful. They also delivered our furniture that day even though the schedule was already full. I recommend them if anyone is in the market for new furniture or electronics.
