Dairy Queen (Treat)

Blizzards amazing, service a little slow [ possibly training a new hire ] , atmosphere is walk or drive thru... had a car full with five kids and two adults so there was no sitting in the Drive-Thru figuring out what everybody wanted to walk up to the window snowing outside so atmosphere a little weak

EDIT* I am changing my review to 5 stars and every bit of the 5 stars goes to the manager hayley bc she called me to ensure to me that this would not happen again and she let me get a free ice cream. The management here truly cares. Just the fact that she actually made an effort to get ahold of me shows that they care about what their customers think most places do not do that. Thank you, hayley, for reaching out to me.

I love coming here I have never had a bad experience until tonight I ordered extra cream cheese sqares and extra grahm cracker base as I do every day I come here and I told them there was not extra bc I always get extra and tonight there was not extra so I asked for more and the lady at the window kept getting rude with me and smirking at me instead of adding more when I always pay for the extra and then, I had to turn around bc I did not get my ghram craker base I had asked for at the speaker like I ALWAYS DO. I called them and let them know I was on my way she said to come to the window and grab it bc there was a lot of cars. And when I arrived, the lady said she was not going to give me my extra bc she is tired of giving me free things. I have no clue why she would be giving it to me for free bc every time I come, I ask for extra at the speaker and pay for extra.. this definitely upset me bc I love getting my royal New York cheese cake

Stopped in there for a strawberry Julius had a dollar off coupon from Orange Julius but they didn't accept it I mean you're selling the product what's your problem but the drink was delicious and the service was good so I would go back again

Purchased a cookie dough + Reese's peanut butter blizzards from very friendly and helpful Dairy Queen in Lincoln. Down side is they don't sell food items so could not get the 6 chicken strip basket with gravy. Really disappointed. Blizzards were delicious, quoting my grandson & granddaughter.

There are too many calories, but you only go around once, right?😁Great stuff!

I used to come here all the time. I love the Royal Reese's Brownie Blizzard. This year, I did not see it on the menu. When I asked about it, they said that they still have it, which made my day.

Always fast, courteous, and pleasant. Wish they stayed open year round. Line can sometimes be out in the road, but only a tribute to their deliciousness.

It is only a treats Dairy Queen just like it says..nothing hot available. Good customer service. Typical prices.
