This is a great place. The owner, Gary, was very helpful and answered all my questions. His prices were better than the larger corporate store down the street. He had what I needed. I'll certainly go back and give him my future business. Thanks Gary.

My experiences with The Boating Warehouse have been nothing less than exceptional. They always seem to have what I'm looking for and sometimes things I was not thinking about until I noticed them on the shelf. Gary is collaborative and has always provided helpful insight into every question that I've asked. His knowledge and experience is second to none and so valuable to me that I drive 45-minutes to visit his store. Gary's pricing is very competitive; however, please don't compare it to the internet. He's a small business owner with significant overhead who pays taxes locally. If a $10 or $20 price differential is meaningful for you, you probably can't afford a boat. Also, the value of not having to wait for shipping given the limited number of boating days in a year is priceless.

Exceptional service, after calling several places in a 20 mile area for an oddball part I needed, they not only had it in stock but were nice enough to stay 45 minutes after closing to allow me to have my part in hand today.

I can't say enough good about this business. PLEASE support them! I have been a customer since their first location and all I can say is this place is second to none with customer service. I just spoke to Gary about a return issue I had and without hesitation he took care of it. I've had numerous questions over the years and they have always answered them, gotten the parts that I needed and taken care of their customers first. Obviously the big name down Rt12 is a big name but Boating Warehouse is without question a better business.

I've been there multiple times this season... the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and willing to help. Their expertise alone should have a cover charge at the door. Support a great local shop with great service... I will certainly keep coming to them for parts and service.

Ieft some props there never heard back in over a year went in he tried looking it found I gave him the wrong phone number he gave me a envelope with my name on it and all the cash in it very honest people

Gary is the absolute best! Very knowledgeable and helpful, and mechanically savvy. He has gone above and beyond ordering the correct parts for our 16ft ski boat!

Every time I have gone into this place, one of the owners have been there and helped me personally. Their customer service is extraordinary, their prices match those of bigger box stores, and they are knowledgeable.

The only down side is that they aren't open more, but I get it, we all have lives.

I would go out of my way to spend money here knowing that I am not just paying for a product, but also peace of mind.

Im glad we have this place so close to home. They have a little bit of everything and stock Volvo parts which not a lot of places do, other than the dealer. The guys there are real nice and very helpful.

Walked in knowing that I needed a fuel filter for my Merc outboard...and that’s all I knew. The Boating Warehouse employee that helped me was extremely patient telling me the info he needed to look it up in his catalogue. He was able to find the correct part, described how to replace it and offered other suggestions why I couldn’t maintain full throttle on the boat. Thankfully doing all this restored my motor to normal operation.

Best of all, they were open on a Monday unlike all the marinas in the area!

We have never had a bad deal here. And have never been piloted to the wrong items. The have quality new and used boat products. Unlike the places that takes a week or more to get it with our short season maybe the place that starts with w... and finishes with marine could learn something
