AMITA Health Medical Laboratory Bolingbrook

I went in on Saturday morning for some blood work with apprehension. Lately, places I have been to I have been greeted with , not so nice, I don’t care, attitudes.
Not here. The receptionist was so very reassuring and nice. The registration woman was so very nice and also apologetic for keeping me waiting, which I don’t understand why. It was less than 5 minutes. And then the technician woman who took my blood was so friendly and pleasant. Usually technicians have a hard time finding a vein and I’m there for a while. But not this wonderful technician. She found one right away. So nice and so professionally good in her job.
Overall I left feeling at ease with no anxiety. Everyone I encountered made me feel relaxed and welcome.

Excellent service, great staff, very clean, organized.
