I had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! If anyone is looking for a suit this is the place to get it. The service was amazing and the employees offerd great input. If I ever need to get any other suit I will be going back to this location.

Good place to buy suits or any other menswear item. Staff offer great advice in selecting clothing and any necessary alterations have always been done quickly and well

I've bought two custom suits here, and I've rented 3 tuxedos from here. The experience has been awesome every time thanks to the staff.

We had a bad experience with our first in store appointment. I had called to cancel and close my wedding party acct. After speaking with management, Chris was incredible. She didn't know we had a bad experience and we shared what happened. She was so kind and offered support. Unfortunately our wedding party already decided on a different suit elsewhere but we were able to make a private appointment with Chris for our Junior Groomsman. She reviewed our distant order for a location in St. Louis for our 2nd Junior Groomsman and fixed it as the suit was not matched with the right vest. Offered the cufflinks that were not ordered for that as well. Took the measurements, made sure we were satisfied with everything and we got our suits confirmed and ordered in time for our upcoming wedding. She is so professional, knows what she is doing and does a wonderful job running this store. One cannot fix the situation if it is never discovered. So glad I called in. CHRIS, We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for making everything so smooth and giving us the opportunity to support your local establishment.

Chris is awesome, she helped me get fitted for a suit and gave amazing recommendations. Very quick and thorough with measurements.

We had such a great experience picking out a suit for my son's wedding. Hana was absolutely amazing and made it so easy. Elliot was also very helpful. The tailor was able to get the suit altered within a week. All in all AMAZING!

Being a trans man is hard, but coming here made it feel like no effort at all. Hana was so so lovely to work with and helped so much. Elliot was also amazing with support tonight. The alterations will also be back to us in a week just so I could have my suit to get married in. Thank you all so much for such a memorable experience.

Excellent staff. I was assisted as soon as I walked in. Very knowledgeable employees that took great care of me and had me out of there in 30 minutes with perfectly fitting clothing! If you are looking for a suit but don't want to shop all day head here to get what you need from the professionals!

I have always enjoyed shopping at Men's Wearhouse, but as of late they have really stepped up their game. The quality and selection has really increased and the customer service is second to none !!

Had a great experience. Alex was very helpful, polite, and professional. He helped me choose my suit and was very welcoming throughout the entire shopping experience. The tailor lady was also nice. The prices are great as well as the overall service. They delivered the suit on time after alterations.

They took care of my wedding party awesome!

I was there to find 2xl tall dress shirts, not an easy task anywhere and really needed them on sale,even harder. Later that day,I went to a large store in the nearby mall to find some more shirts, hopefully on sale. Let me compare the two shopping experiences here. When I walked into Men's Wearhouse, I had never been there before. I was greeted right away,explained what I was looking for to a very kind salewoman. She listened,and walked me over to a selection that wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I explained further,and she went right to some on clearance brought them to me and I picked out four excellent high quality shirts. The total price was $80.00, which was fantastic. I was in and out of the store in probably 20 minutes, was given an extremely nice box to wrap the shirts in for Christmas and another sales person explained that even though they were on clearance, they could still be returned if my husband didn't like them. I was blown away! Then, because I wanted some items for myself at the big store in the mall, I went there. I wasn't greeted. I was there for hours looking through different sections that were poorly marked, and going through long rows of disorganized clearance. I asked a salesperson what the price of something was but they didn't have a scanner with them and suggested I take it to the checkout to find out. There were multiple signs fora "mystery price" sale, but when I checked out,the cashier said it had ended the day before. When I got home and looked it up online, it clearly said it was going on in store still. When I checked out,it seemed like the price marked on the rack was not the price that came up on the register. I frustrated the salesperson because I needed price checks on 4 shirts before figuring out if I could afford them. I apologized many times and this person never once said it was OK or just fine or no problem. I felt like I was an inconvenience to every salesperson I saw in that mall store. The difference between my experience at Men's Wearhouse and JCP in the mall could not be more different. Men's Wearhouse will forever be my first stop when shopping for my husband. Thank you!

My wife and I were looking for a couple shirts. What we found in this father/ son team was true customer service relationship in that short time. They measured me and helped us navigate the various cuts, styles and sizes I could wear. He checked availability on shirts I liked. More important was their style of care. Non invasive, but enough to make sure we weren't forgotten. That 1/2 took a mundane task and made it a fun lesson and experience. Thank you guys. Best of luck in the sons football dreams!

My son and I went there for his senior prom tux. They were kind, patient and courteous with us. Son had to go by himself to pick up the tux. The shirt size was not to the salesman's liking, so he ordered another one to arrive the following day that had a better fit. I appreciate that he did that!
Spend the money and get the shoes, socks, everything. Nice quality and he looked great!

Men’s warehouse was awesome. They went above and beyond with their customer service. I missed counted the number of ties that I needed for my wedding. This store didn’t have the style I needed, so they called around to Bloomington and Springfield. Sheri drove to Springfield the day of my wedding to pick up an extra tie and saved me big time. Highly recommend. Thanks so much!

Have only had positive experiences at this store. The wait for a representative can be a little bit depending when you go, but the customer service is second to none. A few months ago I went in with a hole in a suit that I purchased years ago; they were able to sew it up within 15 minutes and did it free of charge. More recently, I went in with a shirt I purchased within the past month that had ripped. I didn't have a receipt and had worn it a few times, but they still gave me a replacement shirt free of charge AND gave me a discount when my coupon did not apply (I didn't realize I had to buy a minimum of $100, but it didn't matter because they hooked me up anyways). I have had great encounters with all the staff, but Carlos especially has been tremendous.

Was a very Great experience for my wedding renting Tuxes for Groomsmen and myself. Would work with again for other future needs most definitely.
