I ordered a pair of earrings that were damaged during the shipping process. I wrote an email not expecting much and Carlie was so apologetic (not that it was her or anyone's fault) and kind. I thought her customer service and promptness deserved a 5 star review!! She had a new pair shipped to me within the hour. I was shocked. I really appreciate it!!!! Things happen during shipping and she did not have to do replace the earrings. Or even replace them as fast as she did. I'm sure they are slammed for the holidays!

I couldn't love this boutique any more!! Living just outside of Seattle, we don't have many physical store fronts with cute clothes.
