They are sooo slooow, I was the only person in line and to make a single check deposit and it took forever. I actually dropped my husband off for a haircut at great clips, drove to the bank and directly back to pick him up and he was done and waiting for me... It is painful banking here and we moved to them from US Bank because they are open earlier, later, and Saturday morning.

I've never had any real issues until recently. Since I received my new Spire debit card with the chip it is constantly being rejected at the register. Cashiers tell me it happens almost every time with the customers using the new card. Recently I saw a post on Facebook that people were complaining about it happening almost everywhere thy tried to use the new card. Please fix this problem and I will have no issues with Spire!

Used to be one of the best! They knew who you were, treated you like a person and cared that you were their customer. When they first merged to become spire, the customer service dropped a notch, started becoming less of a personable bank. Then they merged and became blaze. Now it's awful, you no longer matter if you bank with them or leave. They treat you like garbage, they don't know or care that you've been with them your whole life. They only want your money, but don't care if you pick up and leave. They have no customer service skills and don't call people back. It's really tragic to see a local bank go to a big, your just a number bank. I do not recommend!

Don't do it! This bank only lets you take out a maximum of $2,000 in cash from your OWN ACCOUNT! If you are planning to buy something over 2k with cash, you have to "order" your cash in advance. This is unbelievable! How can they say how much money I can take out of my account and when. I will be be closing my accounts at Spire. Don't fall for the Stoltz charm! He's using your money to get rich! 👎
