Had an Appointment with Dr. Ewbank and she was very thorough and very nice. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very descriptive with her explanations. Will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you!

I appreciate Dr Smart and Teresa his nurse. Dr. Smart explaines everything in an easy to understand way. He gives me his opinion, and options to choose from. Teresa went over board to help me get coverage for my medicine this month but willingly jumps through the hoops every month for it.

Ok, so no one likes shots, BUT they have helped me so very much, the minimal discomfort of the allergy shots are way better than the horrible allergy symptoms I used to suffer, really, there is no contest. I always have amazing customer service as well, whether it is the front desk, the nurses, the doctors and the back of the house staff. I have not had any issues yet with Springfield Clinic. Dr. Ewbank is knowledgeable and honest. She quickly diagnosed an issue I've had that had stumped numerous other doctors and specialists. The automatic reminders they send are convenient, but not obnoxious. Online pre-registration is super easy, and you don't have to go through the normal login rigamarole or repeat information you've previously entered, as is often the case at other facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is clean, and wait times are kept to a minimum. It's easy to call in, as you don't have 5 minutes of recordings before you get a live person. Plus, they work with BCBSI Medicaid.

Wonderful medical facility. Staff friendly and helpful. Dr. Smart discusses present health, especially breathing issues. He also has a concern if there is any other treatment he felt might be beneficial to me. Medication he prescription approximately 6 months back, I feel has really improved my occurrences of severe breathing issues. Definitely recommend. (Prescribed)

Very good facility, they go the extra mile, saw Dr. Ewbank and liked her very much. Also five stars to every other person that I've worked with at this facility. I have also been to two other Springfield clinic facilities in Peoria and can't say enough great about them also.

Although I wasn't able to solve my issues, not their fault, Dr smart gave me some valuable information. Clinic staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Loved the location too, easy.
