Fox Pools

Thrilled with our entire experience with installing an inground pool with Fox. Laura was extremely patient with all of our changes, and very responsive when we had questions. Mike & his whole crew were excellent during install. We had water in our pool the 2nd day they came out. Crazy fast. Work crew was efficient, on time for construction and all timelines were met (with the exception of a week delay for the concrete contractor, due to weather). We even had our pool installed a week earlier than anticipated. Pricing was reasonable and we didn't feel like we got gouged even with the cost of everything in the world going up. We had an issue within the first few weeks with our heater and they came out and fixed it within 2 hours of us calling. Very happy!

Very knowledgeable. There is a pool business less than five miles from my residence that I have used for more than ten years. Fox pools was recommended to me. I will drive the 20+ miles each way for their service and knowledge

We had Fox Pools install our pool about 6 years ago. They and their contractors were great. Over the years we have tried other places that were closer to us for supplies, water testing etc. There was always something with the other ones. We have only been going to Fox Pools for a couple years now, and still never disappointed. They have always had whatever I needed, and always knowledgeable, friendly staff. Keep up the good work Fox!

Fox Pools has been great. They have responded immediately whenever I have called. The service and knowledge friendly representatives are always a pleasure to work with. For example , We had a liner problem (manufacturing issue) and Fox replaced at zero cost to me. Our pool is 4 years old and we love it. Now moving and building a new house and have already arranged with Fox to put in a new pool. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I will not be going anywhere else for chemicals, testing, and advice. We have used other stores in West Michigan and none have taken the time to explain the different products they sell and give detailed instructions like the staff at Fox.

We bought our house 4 summers ago and after having an issue with another store’s incorrect recommendation of a product last season, we began going to Fox exclusively. Since then, we have had no issues and our pool water is as clean & crystal clear as ever!

Nothing but good things to say about FOX pools. We purchased a home with an established DE filter pool. They upgraded our pool to salt water, walked us through all of the rebates, installed the system, continue to help us maintain and are extremely helpful with all of our questions. They staff is very kind, knowledgeable and friendly! We love Fox Pools and will be loyal clients for years to come.

Very job knowledgeable and easy going folks. Takes special time out of there way to listen, address the pool situation, explain the what ifs, do's or don't s and help understand pool chemicals and how much or no chemicals to apply for example to open, close, and if a problem show arise. High inventory on pool supplies and equipment in stock. Highly recommend Fox Pools! Fox Pools are hard working good folks! A pool service place you can trust and wanna keep making a back splash too!

George Fox is amazing! Got our pool installed 2 years ago and it has been great. Wel, on the 4th of July our pump died. Called up Fox (they were closed). George answered. He replaced my pump even after the warrantee expired. Will never go anywhere else.

Have owned a pool from Fox Pools since '04 and have always had great service. Everyone is always nice and knowledgeable when I have to visit the store. The at home service guys are prompt and great to work with. If I ever have questions they are answered in a way that I can understand and I'm never left with doubt, and I know that my pool is in great hands.

They handled installation on my above ground pool. Cody was very helpful with anything I needed to know. Appreciate his input. Overall very happy with all the people they contracted for my pool installation. Thanks to all.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The owner came out of his office to assist with some questions we had regarding our hot tub. They have a huge selection of stuff for all of your needs when it comes to not only maintaining your pool and spa but also toys and other equipment.
