I mostly deal with them at Scottsburg but sometimes if they are short handed have to deal with Clarksville location. But those people will genuinely work with you and provide try to provide the absolute best customer experience they can. Harrison is 9 times out of 10 the guy I deal with and he already knows what I like and what I’m going to say no to before I ever walk in the door, and is always willing to help with whatever I need.

Very friendly and courteous staff. I have used this branch on several occasions and have never been disappointed. If for some reason they don't have cars to accommodate me, they always get one within a day or so. Nick and Luke are always helpful and nice. This is my go to for my rental car needs.

I have rented from Enterprise several times in the past 6 years. There was one time that I had an issue. That was when we had a reservation & they didn't have any cars. I did get a gas guzzling big truck that we were not driving to Florida. I rented it & had to hassle with taking it to the airport in Louisville on Christmas Eve & they gave me their last car. The person that did that IS NO LONGER WITH ENTERPRISE. Nick is the manager & he has always went out of his way to take care of everything. I have always been happy with the cars that I have rented. They will take care of your car rental needs. I have sent people to Enterprise & will continue to refer friends.

Luke is the man! I used to visit the Seymour location but their customer service doesn't have the same standards as Luke and the Scottsburg store! Next level. They have earned a customer for life in their attention to detail and true customer care.

Buff Guy Luke helped me with options to rent a truck for a short trip. Knowledgeable, professional, and seemed to be a real human being. Outstanding!

Enterprise rental car It's like any other rental place credit card debit card, but there's also certain things. They allow allowances are made.
