Truly a wonderful experience every time.
Not only is the food incredibly delicious, as I have eaten just about everything on the menu and have LOVED it all (I am gluten + dairy free!)- but the staff is so energetically passionate in what they do both front and back of house. Its honestly admirable to see! I continuously find myself going back for more good eats + positive vibes! As a traveler I am thankful they also provide wifi which allows me the option to spend hours here working remotely + eating to nourish on days I am in the area. Favorite is an understatement!

We searched a while for local vegan food and were so fortunate to find Troy's Fresh Kitchen. Our tofu scrambles were delicious and filling, especially when ordered over hash browns. The Game Day Scramble was delicious topped with ranch and buffalo squces. The Steak Bomb hit so nicely with big Beyond chunks! We also really enjoyed the cold brew!! Will definitely stop in again the next time we are around!

Place has some of the best smoothies I've ever had, and I don't feel nauseous after drinking them like I do with some others, due to 1. No dairy, and 2. A small 12 oz size, which I really appreciate as a person with a weird stomach and not a big appetite most days! Although I'm not big on the taste of GF breads and wraps (personal preference), I know the food they make is quality and cooked fresh for every order. The service is always good too!

I love this place. I've been coming since open and years later it's still incredible. I get the same thing now a days but have tried many things. Having a plant based diet it's really nice to have places like this I can splurge once in a while.

I love this place. It caters to the gluten free and vegan crowd, but the food and drinks here are fantastic. The Troy's Burrito is my go to if I'm running late for work and don't have time to make breakfast. I also really like the Golden Milk Latte. My only complaint is that this place is quite expensive.

Me and my daughter visited both that places in Derry and Londonderry. And we liked both of them very much! We had Caesar salad, Troy’s Burrito (that was really big one!), Spicy Tuna Melt, PB&J mini wraps (with no sugar it which is very important for us due to our health issues), The Chipotle Chicken panini and Youthful Berry smoothie.
Clean homey place, welcoming service. Their bathrooms are also clean (very important for me).
We will definitely come back there with our family and friends to try their superfood bowls and tofu scramble.

Troys is truly amazing. I have dietary restrictions (gluten free and vegan) and find it difficult to eat out at most restaurants. I can eat almost every single thing on the menu and it is absolutely delicious! I go several times a week for a healthy treat :)

Never tried vegan? Come here! Freshly made, great seasoning ans sauces. THAI DYE BOWL IS MY FAVORITE! The bowls are larging you feeling full, but not tired!

A small local restaurant with great service, food, and overall experience! Definitely a go-to place if you’re looking to eat healthy. Huge variety of gluten free and dairy free foods that are hard to find elsewhere, and is absolutely delicious and fresh. Highly recommend Troy’s!

Everything I've had here has been delicious - especially the buffalo wrap. It's 100% vegan and it's amazing. I wish the entire restaurant was vegan, but I'm so glad to have a lot of options on the menu.

Far better than I imagined it would be. I’m not into health food or vegan eating at all but this is a place where it doesn’t matter. The food is just that good. Portion size is perfect if not a bit large. Gluten free not a problem.

Service is super pleasant and faster than I imagined. It’s a Londonderry must eat. Even the way I watched them handle a customer who created the wrong order was perfect. The vibe is just restaurant but the food is healthy and amazing.

Troy's fresh kitchen is always a stop when I'm in New Hampshire. As a vegan, there aren't many options where I can pretty much decide from something from each part of the menu. The bowls are fantastic and are a great take out item as I make two meals out of each. Thanks for offering a healthy veg option where one would least expect it!!

So amazing to have a healthy option as a whole food plant based vegan 😄 I wish I lived nearby, I would likely be a regular. Super easy ordering online and understanding what ingredients were and options to add or omit. I did a custom grain bowl, my husband the Thai bowl. They were bigger than I expected, smelled amazing and were super satisfying and fresh. Steamed veggies so no greasiness and plenty of flavor. Price was amazing too. Bonus being gluten free! So excited to have an option available now when I’m back in the area. Curious whether their take out containers are compostable. Appreciated being able to request no napkins/utensils and having a paper bag.

Love this place! The menu has endless combinations of Juice and smoothies. They also serve some pretty amazing vegetarian & vegan dishes. I had the special, which was a "burger in a bowl" made from beyond meat....so.damn.good. Went there again for breakfast and had this phenomenal dish with hash, tofu eggs, loved it. This place is so refreshing to see in the greater Manchester area. I hope to see Troy open up many more of these establishments. Wonderful for the community!

I would recommend this place to all my friends! A gem in Londonderry with delicious food for those with sensitives/allergies including gluten and dairy. Perfect for vegans and vegetarians. Meat eaters, don’t worry you’ll like this place as well.

The food is consistent, I’ve never had a bad smoothie or grain bowl. The service? Fantastic! This place is great for a quick sit down lunch or a to go order.

The food is incredible - you would never know it's gluten or dairy free! Literally the best cider donut I've ever had - my husband tried it and couldn't believe it was GF (he usually doesn't like my GF food)! Smoothies and breakfast panini were delicious! Can't wait to go back!!

I can’t believe this place exists! I rarely eat out or get takeout since locally, healthy options are hard to find. Troy’s is it! Their menu is full of delicious healthy food and drinks. I had one of their grain bowls and it was so tasty I couldn’t wait to get home to eat it. So I pulled over and chowed down!
I love Troy’s because not only do I get the treat of eating out, but also the great feeling that I’m nurturing my body too. The best food around and no guilt!
