i had my MFD fail last month and researched options for repair. it was a little bit beyond my confidence to fix myself, because replacement units are so costly.

anyways they got back to me quickly and i sent them the unit. it took only two weeks from the day i sent it out to receive it back, and at least half of that was travel thru the post office. very pleased to have my MFD working again and i can’t recommend this enough to anyone else with a gen 2 prius (or older toyota model). my repair was done in june 2024 for $325.

I sent my 2004 Land Cruiser MFD to Autobeyours for repair about 6 months ago. It had become unresponsive, and I wasn’t optimistic that it was repairable. Autobeyours sent it back to me within a week, I installed it, and it worked! Haven’t had any issues since. The MFD controls various functionality from audio to air conditioning, so this was a lifesaver for me. Highly recommend!

Our Prius V5 was making a weird noise and my husband took it to Toyota! Blown head gasket!!! They wanted $6500 for a motor with 150 thousand miles and not guaranteed.

Autobeyours recently fixed my 2007 Prius MFD. It took only a week and they shipped it back the unit with USPS 2-days service. It works perfect! The repair procedure is very simple; send the unit, pay with Paypal or credit card when they invoice you, then you will get the unit back.

If you have any issue, especially for Prius, do not think twice, they know what they are doing and trustworthy. Repair cost is very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely satisfied with friendly service. I drove from Louisville to get an MFD (display above radio) repaired for a 2009 Prius. I took it out ready for them to repair and it was done in about an hour or so. They came outside to make sure everything was running correctly and they did amazing. Save your money if you need repairs on anything for a Prius. They are more then experts with those cars and priced way better then what you’ll pay at a stealership. Definitely give them a shop if you want expert work with the best price!

The MFD on my 2008 Toyota Prius suddenly stopped working recently. When I researched replacing the part, I learned that a new part would cost $4700-$4800. My fiance found AutobeYours online and we sent the MFD to them UPS and within one week the MFD was returned in working order and the cost was only $325 which included return shipping. Bought our 1st hybrid from Steve 5 yrs ago. Great experience. 1yr warranty is fantastic...no issues when we had to have something fixed in about the 9th month (shift control). The Toyota dealer wanted $8900 for a new MFD (on my 2006 Prius with 103K miles). A parts site wanted $380, plus $300 reserve until I sent back my old MFD. The parts site was fine (more expensive), but what they sent me was not the same MFD. Mine had more electrical connections, so I had to send it back.

My 2009 Prius had failing wheel bearings. After checking around, I found this shop that has substaintial experience with Prius's and their service estimates are half that of the dealer. Seemed worth the 2-hour drive from Cincinnati to have my bearings replaced saving me over $500. Not only did they service my car quickly while I waited, but also determined that I only needed one of the replaced, saving me another $250! My car now drives quietly and I'll be back for future repairs. Thanks!

These guys are incredible. Pulled a MFD unit out of a 2006 Prius that was malfunctioning... dropped it into the mail and in a few days later received notification that the unit was received and repairable.
They sent me an invoice (easy to pay via CC or pay-pal) then another email arrived with a tracking # letting me know the unit was on its way back... WITH a 1 YEAR warranty no less! Installed the unit back into the vehicle and "on the road again!" Honorable, reputable and reliable. You can't go wrong using these folks!

What a great experience with Steve and Chris yesterday to deal with honest nice friendly people which made it fun to pick out a car!! Looking forward to my upcoming pretty green Prius = my new retirement car!!

Outstanding mail-out service for a Gen 2 Prius MFD repair. Dealer quoted a thousand plus dollar repair. Followed online instructions from the website, removed MFD, mailed away for repair, came back in about a week. Car is drivable without MFD, so was frankly less disruptive than dropping car at dealer!

Bought my Prius here from out of state that had a couple of problems on the drive home. I was very concerned about the warranty provided, but true to their word, upon arrival home Autobeyours paid for my mechanic to make the necessary repairs. The car has performed remarkably since. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from Autobeyours even if you are out of state!

My Gen 2 Prius broke down in Indianapolis on a cross country road trip. I've had two mfds repaired by Steve and had no issues over the years. This is the place to go if your mfd is driving you crazy with going off and then coming back on or fading into black...Toyota dealerships have basically washed their hands of repairing mfds by quoting outrageous prices for mfd repair.
