This facility is not only BEAUTIFUL, but it is also very clean and well organized. All those who are in the building, be it floor staff, management, culinary services, or residents are a family, and you can honestly see, hear, and feel the healing, caring energy as soon as you enter. The companies motto is "where the people are the difference" and the people truly are the difference. I would absolutely place a loved one in this facility because I know they would be cared for and loved.

Such a beautiful, well managed facility! You feel the warmth and happiness as soon as you walk in the door. Residents are well taken care of. Clean, clean, clean. The entire team of employees are exactly that........a TEAM. You will be at ease with your loved ones care.

Very attentive and friendly staff. Facility is kept nice and clean. Beautiful terrace and indoor sitting areas are available for visiting.

They gave me a second chance i worked in a different dpt years ago. I am not currently back there and they welcomed me with open arms i will definitely be here for many years! The staff is fantastic the resident's are well taken care of and the new facility is BEAUTIFUL!

They are so compassionate and caring! They make sure the family is up to date, informed and involved. They have a new place and new great staff! My Dad is extremely happy here!

“Short Staffed” was used for a lot of excuses. The staff was kind from what I saw but but I absolutely hate the way they treated my loved one. Do not send your loved ones here! They over-medicated my loved one and they couldn’t even stay awake long enough for visits. When staff was asked what medication my LO was given in the early afternoon, we were told My LO was given their nighttime meds because that’s the time someone was there to give it to them. If my loved one was asleep, they skipped therapy and billed us. Doctors said two different things about the injury and never agreed on a diagnosis, so they just kept my LO drugged instead. Then they complained my LO wasn’t getting better or improving but with the drugs they were giving them I see why! If you wanted to speak to a specialist or doctor to keep up to speed….good luck. I am only assuming the people barking orders and the admins are the problem. Run …..run far away. I will give you one extra star for rescuing your therapy barn cats.

As a former employee of this place I can simply say the place itself is definitely a lot to take in. The employees there are very nice, clean, and take care of the residence. In my select department I can say my fellow co-workers were the best. Easy to get along with and very hard working. The management on the other hand not so much. If you want to work in a place where management is constantly talking bad and gossiping about their employees. This is the place for you. Not to mention the extra work put on the hardworking employees just because they base who they hire off their Facebook profile. If your profile picture makes you look “like a druggie” you probably won’t get hired. Overall a great place to make really great friends or to make your mental health go down the drain.

Horrible care at this facility. Constantly blaming poor care and lack of care to residents because “we’re just so short handed.” When I ask how they staff with nurse and CNA to patients, always had that amount of staff present each time I visited but still claimed this. Witnessed MANY breaks they took being on their cell phones at the desk while call lights would continually ring. I caught them in numerous lies and in process or reporting them. If you love your family member, DON’T take them to this facility. Private rooms that are very nice but that is all that is good at this facility.

This place St.Claras lincoln il is horrible. Susan Boyd said that my client wasn't allowed to leave until her stay was paid in full. My client was needing a payment plan because insurance ended up not covering her stay. I contacted the police department and I was able to take my client home. Ridiculous!!!!!

General care is given as any "business" would run. If you want your loved one to have a personal connection, this is not the place to go. My mother was there for 13 months and received adequate care in their definition of it. When she got sick and went septic for the 2nd time in 6 months and then passed away from it, I did not receive a single message or condolence, just a check for the amount of money left in her account with a print out. Felt just like the closing of a business deal. Not a fan here.

Place is horrible , wouldn't send my dog here , put their hand over my grandpas mouth WWII Veteran and denied it , now they're building a new facility when they shouldn't even be in business....
