I’d gotten most of my supplements here until I bought magnesium supplements recommended by Juanita & later checked out the label found it was totally synthetic ingredients . Also bought red algae and after some time checked label . The small print read ‘ may contain lead ‘ . Don’t assume because it’s called a health food store that there’s not a lot of junk for sale . Read labels before purchasing .
