This place is terrible. They refused to bill my insurance (even though they take my insurance) and stuck me with a huge “self pay” bill. I even provided them with the billing codes other podiatrists have used and had no problem being paid. It just made no sense - they flat out refused. But they didn’t tell me that until AFTER I had already been seen. They were super rude and nasty. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Twice I had appointments with Dr Jaafar. Both times he didn’t show but rather than call me and reschedule, they waited until I was in an exam room and another doctor came in and told me we had to reschedule. That way they billed for a doctor visit. Twice!
