I have been a patient for over 5yrs now and I am so happy with the level of service I receive every appointment. I have moved away from Palatine and I still continue to be their patient because of how happy I am with them. I appreciate the level of professionalism, kindness, being understanding and making me feel like family. I will always recommend friends and family to Clock Tower Dentistry.

I’ve been going here for almost a year now. The staff is very friendly and nice. I love seeing Monica the receptionist. She’s wonderful. It’s very clean and tidy. They do a good job with reminding me for my appointments. I go often since I got Invisalign. It’s easy to book with them and they can be flexible. They have a fee for no shows or last minute cancellations. They are very professional.

It was my first time here and from appointment to exit it was an exceptional experience. My boys loved the experience. I am surprised why I didn’t visit here before. Appointment scheduling was very efficient and they helped reschedule and remind as well.
Two days before, received all digital forms via text message to fill all the forms online conveniently. Office is very neat and has very cool vibes. Monica is very pleasant and friendly at the front desk. Brooke was the assistant that helped us and she is very pleasant and cheery, a delightful personality.
The practice completes with Dr.Abdallah as the final straw. We found him very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, swift and very honest. He identified the problem quickly, and while talking to boys, finished what he needed to do before they could realize. He was very straightforward and recommended another practice for the ortho work that my son needed due to the complexity. Very honest I would say. The best experience at a dentist office today.
I will strongly recommend him to my family and friends.

Dr. Abdallah is so kind, he always makes sure to listen to concerns and takes the time to make sure all issues are addressed. The staff is the absolute best, they are all so warm and professional. Visits are always quick and efficient!

From the front staff (Monica) to the hygienists (all of them) to Dr. Abdullah - all have created one of the best dental practices in the area. I have had such a fear of dental stuff in general and they made it easier for me! Very knowledgeable, clean office setting, latest technologies, & always on time.

From the moment I walked in I had a feeling I had chosen the right place for my dental needs. Monica at the front desk made you feel comfortable and was quick to answer any questions I had regarding the work to be done.
The technicians were very profesional and made one feel at ease the way they got me ready for the doctor at the assigned station. They filled me in on everything they were doing preparing for the doctor. Once the doctor came in very warm and profesional. He asked my reason for the visit and followed up with the procedures to be expected with my needs. He always explained the what, why and when as he performed his services. I learned so much from him and his team and feel comfortable with all the work done so far.
I have no worries for recommending him to others.

I have been going here for an upwards of 6 years now and absolutely love it. All the staff is welcoming and efficient and have turned my oral hygiene routine into a joy.

What a great experience from check in to check out. Jessica, the hygienist, was friendly and very thorough! My teeth and gums feel great! The Dr is wonderful! And the receptionist made sure I understood all charges and was so helpful and pleasant.
I was referred from a friend and am so glad I came. My dentist of 40 plus years just retired and finding a new dentist was a bit overwhelming, finding Clock Tower Dental was a dream.

Found Clock Tower Dentistry based on a recommendation of a friend. My husband and I are so pleased and impressed with Dr. Abdallah and his staff! My son is 5 and has no fear of going to the dentist because they have made us feel so comfortable! Everyone is really caring and gentle. Monica is wonderful and very helpful and always a pleasure to talk to and makes sure to get you scheduled at the most convenient time for you.

Have been putting off the dentist for awhile now, because I always have a bad experience when going to one. But this place was such a great experience and I met some awesome people! Monica was very helpful and compassionate! The Nurses were also very nice. And Dr. Abdallah was awesome, very understanding and made me feel comfortable!

Can’t say enough about Dr. Abdallah so professional does a great job! I don’t like to go to the dentist, but I look forward to my visit with this place! He makes you feel very comfortable and his lovely staff all so sweet and kind. The place is super clean and they use new technology Equipment. I had a hard time finding a dentist that accepts my insurance so I’m glad I found Dr. Abdallah
