I had a wonderful experience as Heather’s assistance was amazing from start to finish! She took her time helping me find the perfect frames, explained the lense options etc to help me make the best choice for my needs and ran the transaction through smoothly. I would definitely recommend this store … they have a wide assortment of frames but what stood out most was the outstanding customer service!

I saw Dr. Varela today along with Brooke, Kelly, and Tricia! Everyone was super nice and helpful. The exam was great. And the girls were extremely helpful with the overwhelming process of picking out new frames. I definitely recommend!

The 2/10 visit was yet another great experience like last Saturdays visit as well..Brooke,Branson n Dr Varela at this visit was excellent as Ashley,Brandon ,Trish ,Dr Paula's was at last Saturdays.

Very good experience! From getting checked in by Kelly, to getting my contacts ordered by Brooke to the exam by Dr. Varela! The Peoria War Memorial location is excellent! The doctor even took the time to explain to me about my extreme prescription and how I’m at risk of a detached retina and what to look for if it occurs and what help to seek if I have the symptoms. Very much appreciated! Plus the eye club program is a no brainer! Well worth the cost! Thanks again to the staff! Enjoyed my appointment!!!

Got in early! Really liked Dr Varela. He was very professional, explained everything well. Gave me my options. Will definitely go back again. Brook was awesome at helping me find the right frames that fit my face. She was very friendly and patient waiting for me to pick the right pair. Thanks for the great service. They even got my husband in right after me.

I had such a great experience here. My husband has been here before and loved them. Such lovely people work here. Such as holly, Kelli, brookes and Brandon. The doctor was also awesome. He explained things clearly and everything went fast and smooth. 1000% recommended.

Tonya is the real deal, I walked in there stressed and walked out very happy. She not only fixed my broken glasses which was unexpected, but got me the best deals on new eyeglasses for my daughter and I. Thanks so much! Definitely my favorite place so far.

I wanted to comment on the staff at this location. I was very pleased with their helpful demeanor and knowledgeable standing. I was particularly impressed with a young man named Brandon who administered the visual tests before I met with the doctor. He was incredibly cordial and made great small talk, which was a refreshing feeling compared to some of the more rigid encounters I've had at other locations. Also, he explained the tests succinctly and concisely in between our conversation and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I'm very impressed with him and his fellow staff, who seem just as relaxed yet informative and willing to help. This is a great location to visit if you're in need of anything to do with contact lenses or eyeglasses!!!

Tonya was a big help. I had no idea glasses fitment was so complexe. Great service and in and out in a timely manner. Looking forward to picking up my new glasses soon!

Had a great experience with my boys (8 & 6yo). Brooke, Ashley, Holly, and Dr. Valera were all super nice, professional, patient, and informative. Greatly appreciated their service.

Overall experience was great. Trish was very helpful picking out my glasses. She helped me get everything scheduled and waited patiently for me to find out about my expired prescription. Brooke helped check me out and gave me all my options on buying my glasses. She helped me choose the sunglasses after I decided to get them. She was so professional but funny and personable. Brooke is the best optician at this location, she’s always really helpful and kind and Elana was really friendly and helpful also. Kelly was really nice checking me in, Brandon and Holly the technicians were really insightful about the pretesting process. Dr.Varela was really detailed and informative during my exam. And Ashley and Tricia were really friendly.

Very fast and professional service. The team was very patient and helpful. Brooke did a great job explaining details to me and my teenager. Thank you America’s Best!
