Great selection in the as is section. Employees are very nice and helpful. The only downside is you can't take the carts outside the loading zones.

Great products; home appliances, furniture, kitchen items, decorative items, bedroom items etc. And, Plenty of parking space with swedish kitchen on the 3rd floor of the store.

I don't know what's happening, but this weekend was the easiest shopping trip we've had at our favorite IKEA location! We know it's one of the go-to spots on the weekends, so we always expect it to be PACKED. But this time, it WAS busy but you could literally walk around and actually take some time to look at displays without bumping into someone. Maybe it's adding the wheeled baskets, maybe people do plorder to pickup. Whatever it was, it was great. We were in here MAYBE an hour? But we waited less than 5 minutes to check out.

Needless to say, my husband wasn't trying to rush the process and usually it only takes 10 minutes 🤣

I give props to every IKEA store out there. Plenty of space, great show rooms, lots of affordable merchandise, polite staff and pretty decent food. This one in Schaumburg is no different. I have not been in it for about 14 years and it still amazes me. Very simplistic approach to everything. Plenty of parking spaces.

Cafeteria has a unique menu. Great way to lose time looking at furniture. Would recommend taking measurements before going to store and bring a tape measure. Take photo of the tag if you like the item makes it easier once picking up the furniture in basement.

If you are buying large furniture items like bedding or sofas, stop by Home Depot first and rent their moving truck for $39 for 75 minutes. Instead of stuffing your little car to their limited. Ask me now I know this😡

This IKEA is huge, they offers everything from furnitures, kitchenware to pretty good foods too. Item might not be the best or last a long time but it would be affordable.

So many conveniences: a free Schaumburg shuttle stops here, free feminine hygiene products in the restroom, and low cost level 2 EV charging. This ChargePoint charger is the easiest commercial charger to connect to in my experience. It would be great for IKEA to 1) provide more than 2 and 2) have ICE cars removed from the designated EV charging spot when they park there.

The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. The furniture and home decor options are stylish and affordable, offering great value for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. I also enjoyed the cafe— the Swedish meatballs are a must-try!

I have never been to IKEA before. Was overwhelmed with everything they have and found out I was missing this. I was looking for white dining chairs and they had plenty to pick from. I was very happy to find what I wanted and got all 8 of them. Highly recommend shopping here.

Great selection of pots. Very nice colors, not just tera cotta, but green and black, all ceramic.

I’m redoing the style and look of a few rooms in our house. There is a counter where you can consult with a representative on build wardrobes and spaces for your closets. First time I went in, an employee (Brian) effortlessly guided me through the process, helping me construct the perfect wardrobe! Or at least I thought. Because of space I had to rethink the design. Next time I went in Brian remembered me, and once again he helped me without fail.

I love this location. The staff is friendly, the cafe is delicious and the rooms they create are always fun to look at.

I remember asking my dad a year ago if we could go to IKEA for my birthday 😭

It was totally worth it, I bought so many cute things to decorate my room with and the furniture was very nice! I love the heart lamp, it gives off a warm light! And the pegboards helped me organize my art supplies!

My only regret was not buying a bigger pegboard, I will definitely try and get one this year. Also I love just staring at the lamps, they are so cool!

Huge store! Everything needed for different rooms of your home. The store was clean and sanitary! Went on a Saturday and had to wait awhile at checkout but I believe considering the situation now it was understandable. I think they deserve 10 stars! Clean neat and just a fun experience to visit
Also they Swedish foods! Chocolate, wine,sweets and sheepish meatballs..

First and only complain. I got lost on each level at least 4 times.
What a great designed, functionality and practically of the products that are sold here.

Came for some under cabinet lights, stayed for the food. Veggie patties with the mashed potatoes are great.

Great shopping , service, and food if you are hungry.

I didn't buy anything yet, but I was amazed by the style and variety of items, furniture, affordability, efficient and saving space ideas!! Lots of items to choose from in many departments. I wished I discovered this store in the past, saving myself many trips to different stores and saving money at the same time. I recommend!

The Schaumburg based IKEA continues to be a continually heavily visited and shopped IKEA. This IKEA offers more quality products in every subcategory than ever. From the inception of when the Schaumburg IKEA opened to the public until now, this location has maintained its high standards, and I highly recommend it to anybody.
