Love this spot because of the talent they have working there. Alicia is an amazing stylist. She does not disappoint. Every time I come for a cut, I know I'm leaving looking better than when I came in. A true artist with great attention to detail! She leaves, I leave. And that's the bottom line.

I always go here convenient to check in online so usually a pretty short wait and they took notes on what they did last time so I don’t have to remember. every one of the stylists have always been friendly , patient and done a great job especially with my kid!!

Lisa is the best! She knows what to do with the type if hair the customer has. But she also listens to the customer.

I recently lived in Kenosha and now in Waukegan but I always go to McHenry for my haircuts. Sue was my hairdresser first until she retired and now Lisa cuts my hair.

Our family has been going here for at least 6 years. We see Lisa, Sue and Jenna who have also been here for years and do a terrific job. My wife says Lisa cuts her hair as well as the $30 cuts she was getting at salons. Great Clips has a much better price!

I really like this Great Clips. The haircuts are consistently good no matter which stylist my son gets, the price is affordable, and I love, love, love the Great Clips app! I can check the app to see how long of a wait there is in real time. I can put in a reservation that will hold my son's spot until we get there. And we have never had to wait a long time. We're usually in and out of there quickly. I've been to other Great Clips locations in the area and I won't go back. This is the only one I'll use.

Sue was amazing. She is quick, professional and I always leave happy with my hair. I've had several other people here and they are all great. I've never left unhappy.
