The staff at this location is lovely. Jeremiah took my order today and is always so upbeat. The woman that gave me my food at 12:30 on 9/1/22 was super kind. I always enjoy this JJs, but this experience exceeded my expectations.

I have gone to Jimmy Johns in Highland, IL several times and rarely have they messed my order up. We had a lunch order that we made online and we picked it up but when we got back we did not have any of the cookies we ordered but we had paid for them. I called up to the store and asked if they could deliver the cookies to us as we were not able to come back and get them. Without hesitation they said they would be on there way with the cookies. We all mess up time to time but it’s about how you fix it and they did an awesome job at fixing the issues. You don’t always find places that will go the extra mile. Good job Highland Jimmy Johns!

Been going to this location since it opened. They always seem to maintain quality people which is hard, especially in recent years. Had a COMPLICATED order today with eight different sandwiches. It was 100% correct. Good example.

Have ordered many times via their web page. Love the ease of use, delivery has always been quick and food has always been right. Always fresh, and delicious. Going to order again in a minute. I am more than happy to support a place that makes healthier options.

Always great and terrific customer service! Kylie was our delivery driver today and went above and beyond when I accidentally entered the incorrect address while ordering online. Thank you Kylie and the rest of the Highland team for being awesome!

Food is very costly that's the only drawback. We'd eat there more if it wasn't $10 per sandwich!

Good food and the employees are always super friendly. I'm impressed with the delivery drivers particularly, since they're not under direct supervision and they're still courteous and respectful. Not a whole lot of places have delivery drivers who are good to the customers at the door.

I love JJ in Highland! The staff is always so friendly and the food is fresh. Everything gets made quickly and with a smile.

Delivery was good, the chips were really crunchy and salty, and the sandwiches were taaaaaasty. 5/5.
