Comfort Inn & Suites

This comfort Inn and Suites is a wonderful hotel to stay in the area. They are renovating this hotel to make it top notch in the whole arlington heights area. I was happened to be there over the weekend and I love their service, they treat you as their own family. Front desk staff special to mention Zack was very helpful. Keep up the great work and I will be back soon. 👍

Check in was a breeze because of Alec. He was really kind, helpful and answered all of my questions. I’ve never had such great customer service at a hotel before. I will be staying again when I come to visit Illinois. Thank you Alec!! The rooms were nice and clean. The lobby is very nice. I could see the pool from my room. Breakfast wasn’t bad.

Hotel is currently being renovated. Bedding and bathroom were very clean and overall condition of the room furniture was great too. I would certainly choose to stay here again.

I think that the customer service is great except for one lady I think is bringing her home to work always rude and gives attitude she is a elderly woman with glasses she is like around 45.

This place was quite a surprise. Alec was so helpful and went above and beyond. The hotel was clean and the hospitality of this man was so refreshing to deal with. The breakfast was a good selection on different foods. If more people could only be like this wonderful man.

It's not fancy, but it's not expensive, so you can't expect fancy. We were there for a nearby race in Barrington -- a Mother's day getaway for one night. Exceptionally clean rooms and exceptionally friendly staff; perfect comfort for the price!

Stayed here for 5 days. Rooms are very nice and clean, breakfast was good, hotel staff was very professional, kind, and helpful! My kids and I enjoyed our visit. (Pool and huge secured court yard was a plus) keep up the good work! -Matthew-

Jay was incredibly kind and courteous during our stay! We paid in cash and it was very convenient to check in an stay for one night.

The rooms were beautiful, quite quaint, and very clean! It had a micro fridge but everything a hotel needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon.

We stayed here August 6th after American Airlines canceled an overnight flight to Ireland. Over 20 people had to check in close to midnight and the staff handled it well. Our room was fine and clean with nice beds. The next day the flight wasn't until late afternoon and they allowed us to stay there and hang out in the lobby. They were very kind to a bunch of tired, grumpy travelers.

Stayed here a few days while visiting the area on business. First, let me commend the front desk staff. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so helpful. Then when I arrived, they were very attentive. Second, my room was ready, very clean and comfortable. Third, the rate was reasonable. Fourth, great location in relation to O’Hare airport. Hope to stay here the next time I’m in the area.

The staff here went above and beyond! We stayed here for our wedding with our family and friends and the staff was so pleasant, so accommodating we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. Thank you all for helping to making our day so special by providing a glamour room, a shuttle bus, and a pool for the kids. Everything was so clean and easily assessable. Highly Recommend!

Very impressive selection of rooms. Pool area very nice. Courtyard area is also nice. Manager was quite helpful. Small deal but the coffee is excellent. Still a good deal.

Our brother (son) is up in nursing home/ hospital is very serious to critical condition. They asked how he was doing. Go the extra mile for our family! This is the place to stay!! 💖💖💖💖👏👏👏👏👏🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

Overall, my stay was excellent!!! The room was clean and very nicely decorated. There was also an indoor pool, fitness center and outdoor patio which I enjoyed. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was that the room did not have a microwave and refrigerator. I requested both from the attendant, and he was able to provide the refrigerator (at no charge). I was able to use the microwave in the lobby area, which was an inconvenience, but nothing worth being upset about. I will definitely stay there again and just request both items prior to my arrival.

Front Desk is super friendly. The pool was warm. I loved the courtyard area. Definitely coming back!

The room was nice, better than most other hotel chains. Bed was extremely comfortable and easy to fall asleep. Air conditioner worked well and definitely kept us cool in the summer heat. I would stay again.

most amazing thing i ever been to! the swimming pool for starters was warm and soothing and relaxing the hot tub was excellent turning how long you want the bubbles and massage is great. the breakfast is delicious and well cooked many many options including fruits and vegetables. i love the wallpaper it just makes u feel calm and peaceful. those are just a couple of things i love about that hotel, although i could keep going on about the Marriott hotel,looking for a hotel go there for sure.
