Super sweet staff , Tanya is my favorite by far. They are pretty accommodating. I had a tooth ach at night and the doctor got me in the next morning. Ended up doing a root canal. They broke down the prices for me via treatment plan and the manager went into details to what is my insurance is expected to cover and what my portion is. I appreciate the prompt service. Will definitely come back for my routine cleaning and hopefully no issues in the future.

Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly! Every person I met in the office was courteous and super friendly. They really took the necessary time to do everything right - and as a new patient they took the time to get to know my family and I. I also really appreciate and like that they look into the insurance part and let you know what is covered and co pays and such! After having had a previous experience that was not ideal, I was reluctant to find a new dentist that I could trust. But I am glad I did!

I just wrapped up my invisalign case here and i couldn’t be happier. Dr. Chammae was beyond kind and thoughtful with his treatment. The staff are extremely responsive. I highly recommend and plan on continuing all my treatments here.!

First of all this place is amazing. I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I always avoided the dentist. I have gone to other places and had bad experiences. Cinthia, the receptionist is awesome. She ran my insurance first told me how much everything is going to be since I needed a deep cleaning. other places just do the cleaning and then charge you without telling you if they accept your insurance or not. I finally found a dentist that I’m comfortable going to and also the hygienist was amazing. Thanks to Cinthia and the team for making it very smooth for me.

I have been coming to Family Dental of Palatine for the past 5 years for both dental and orthodontic care. I have been very impressed with the Dentists, Orthodontists and dental assistants here. They put together a plan for my unique case (underbite and cross bite) and told me at the start of treatment that the goal was 95% bite correction. We ended up reaching close to 100% correction and I have been amazed by the end result! I highly recommend Family Dental for both dental and ortho care.

They definitely support their veterans here. They were willing to waive my portion of cost for work that was service connected saving me a lot of time having to go through the VA filing a claim. Great place and great work. Thank you.

I love this clinic, got my invisgline done here and couldn't be happier with the results. They odderd me a whitening kit with my trays and my teeth are stright and white now.

As a senior I have been going there several years because they always treat you very good with the price they charge. Th Dentist and people there are all very nice and treat you like family. I would suggest if you need a local and friendly dentist that you use Family Dental.

This practice went above and beyond for my son and I. I've never experienced such a generous and kind dentist with a staff to match. It made me excited to go back and I never in a million years would think I'd feel that way. You're missing out if you go anywhere else but here.

Greatly appreciated both the professional and personal care provided by the staff at Family Dental of Palatine. My appointment was on-time, the staff explained the procedures of the cleaning and checked with me occasionally during the process to see how I was doing; final take-aways from my exam were clear (brush more tenderly here) and helpful. Highly recommended!

Super friendly service that was also quick and efficient. Very modern facility with new equipment and tools. You can watch TV while you're waiting in the dentist chair, and the chairs have a massage option which I found delightful. The staff and dentist were very helpful and went over everything with me thoroughly and made sure I understood all my options. I'm extremely happy I went there and will continue to go, because I'm happy to say, I just found my new dentist!!! Highly recommended 10/10!

Am so pleasantly surprised at how well they treat you in this dental office. I have anxiety and they make you feel like you're in a safe place. Amela, the assistant, is so gentle and kind and absolutely concerned about your comfort. Dr. Chammae is so easy to work with. He truly cares about you and your mouth heath. The office staff, including Dr. C. are willing to work with you to accomplish your needs. Even working with me on a budge to afford what needs to be done. I highly recommend this office for all ages and 'tooth' issues. You will be happy you did.
