Wonderful. Dr. Higgins helped with my five year old’s dental procedure. His office staff was very organized and communicative leading up to the appointment. I felt like I knew exactly what to expect going into it. They helped sort everything out with our pediatrician for his physical and worked with our insurance to make sure it would be covered. The day of the appointment, he was fantastic. Very kind, great with my son, very prepared. He frequently came out and gave me updates throughout the procedure. He got my son a remote control car to take home, he had popsicles and juice boxes for him when he woke up and was recovering. Our pediatric dentist privately said he’s one of the best anesthesiologists she’s ever worked with. Everything went great. That night, he called to check on our son and promised to call the following day too. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Higgins was absolutely FANTASTIC!! He took care of our daughter like she was his own. Thank you for making this scary experience very, very safe and comfortable, not just for my daughter but my husband and I as well.

Inconsistent information regarding billing and medical insurance. We were told insurance would be billed as a non-solicited provider and would be covered under insurance and we would pay our co-insurance of 20%. I should have contacted my insurance myself and not trusted them. This is a scam and the doctor’s staff is very unprofessional and constantly gives conflicting information. Please so your own research on your insurance because they will not advocate for you . They only want your money and that’s it. Very disappointed, will never use services again.
