Bard Optical - Lincoln

Very fast, friendly service, glasses came back in less than a week!

I went today for an Eye exam and of course end up needing glasses.. But From the time I walked in the door to the end of the whole process the Staff & Dr was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!! The Dr (& staff) made me feel VERY cared for even took the time to help me pick out frames that fit my face along with all the wonderful ladies at the desk!!! I even live out of town and they offered to have them sent to the Bard Optical in my town! I just want you ladies to know how nice it is to go somewhere and still have kind/ caring people!!!!

I enjoyed my visit to Bard in Lincoln. They all were very nice. The Dr shared information with me about my diabetes I didn't know about. I rated the Dr and staff 5 stars.

My son and I had an appointment today. Josie got us ready to see the doctor. She was very pleasant and explained everything she was gonna do. And took time to help us find the right pair of glasses. Dr Jones was very helpful. I am a diabetic and she took the time to explain how diabetes effect your eyes and took the time to explain the results of all the test she did. Everyone in the office was very social and took time to talk to us and made us very comfortable. Thank you so much for taking such care of us.

I had an appointment on a Friday, my glasses were in the following Saturday. During my appointment, they were quick and efficient and have been easy to work with. I had issues at first with a discount plan a previous employer had put me on but once I had the plan representative talk to Bard, I was able to get in quickly with no further hassle. Josie did my exam prior to being seen by the doctor and she helped me pick out glasses. She was wonderful. When I went to pick my glasses up I picked them up from Rhonda and she was very pleasant and even asked about my boyfriends glasses and if we had heard anything back about his and followed up with another employee regarding the situation. I highly recommend bard optical in Lincoln.

The doctor was very nice. Kayla helped me pick out frames that looked good and explained things very well!

Very helpful and friendly. A bit expensive even after insurance but I like all the special features put in lenses so I pay the price. Love my new glasses and frames. I've worn glasses sin for 30 years. have to say these are my favorite! I hate wearing glasses

So I got glasses and they was supposed to send them to a Bard Optical closer to I live and theu shipped them to Lincoln and then they shipped them back to the lab
