I have been coming here for 28 years with children and self. Dr. Kotsiopoulous is the kindest Dentist you will meet. He is very personable and just gives me such a sense of ease when sitting in his chair for dental care. He has kept my teeth in top shape and care. I just love his demeanor. His staff treats you with the upmost respect and his wife makes me feel like part of the family with the beautiful updates on their children. I can't say enough good words about this place.

The best dentist you'll have ! He is so kind, personable and caring that he will go out of his way to make you happy. I left my last dentist thinking it was a mistake but it was the best decision I made. My boyfriend recommended him because Dr. Peter did an amazing work on his teeth also and is going above and beyond for him. He went out of his way to help me, unlike my last dentist told me that there was nothing that can be done, but Dr Peter will try all options before considering that.

My family and have been seeing Dr. Pete for 15 years. Over the thanksgiving holiday I cracked one of my teeth. I called the office, daily begging to be seen and never received a call back. I finally called back and scheduled an apt for January 2nd as my tooth was not hurting me. On 12/17 I received a cal from the office telling me that they were canceling my apt because Dr.
Pete was closing the office until January 3rd. I explained that I would be out of town after the 4th and that I needed an apt prior to that. That I had waited over a month, that I had repeatedly called in late November trying to get in, etc. I got the usual, we’ll talk to Dr. Pete and get back to you. I never heard back. I called again, that same day, and was told that they had not spoken to Dr. Pete. I again stressed that this was not a routine visit but a visit to address a cracked tooth that I had been waiting for over a month to get repaired.

It is now Christmas Eve. I’m sitting at the airport and because my tooth has been cracked for over a month, I’ve been avoiding chewing on that side. As a result my tooth in the other side of my mouth has now cracked. So now, over the holidays I am with two cracked teeth and no dentist is available.

The tooth that cracked today is a tooth that Dr. Pete filled twice. The first filing bothered me, the 2nd filling was done soon after the first. The original filling, that never gave me issues, needed to be replaced is what I was told. After two fillings to replace the original filling, the actual tooth is so thin, that it has now cracked.

After 16 years of business. Dr. Pete didn’t have the courtesy to call me to personally tell me that he was so busy that he could not fit me in for even an evaluation to see how critical it was for my tooth to get repaired. Very disappointing. And a statement that he does not care about his patients.
