Silverline Springfield/Trailer Masters

We drove from Indiana to pick up a trailer from them. They were very respectful in offering us drinks because we were on the road for 4 hours. They got on it right away. Kathi, was great with all the paper work. I would recommend them to all my friends and family and business partners. Thank you for the great experience.

I broke a spring shackle on my flatbed trailer. Was able to schedule it with Trailer Masters just a couple of days out. Everyone was very friendly & accommodating and the completed work was first class. I would definitely recommend them.

The only thing I didn't like was finding a 'credit card surcharge' on my bill after I got home. The bottom line is that electronic payments are the norm now -- not like I'm going to be carrying $650 in cash. If you are going to add on a surcharge for credit cards you should be very upfront about it.

I still recommend them - just be aware of the credit card fee.

This is my favorite trailer place in town. They have worked on my current pop up camper and put a brake controller in a previous vehicle. I highly recommend this business. The cost of their work has always been fair and their quality is amazing. On this recent trip they greased the camper's bearings and put on two new tires.

Amazing customer service! From Jacob finding it for us to Jay closing the the deal for us. We know where we will come for trailers from now own—even if we drive 2.5 hours to get it. They offer a finance partnership and honestly can’t go wrong with the options.

Great place for any trailer and trailer related products and service. Have bought several trailers and rv products over the years and is my go to dealer for any rv related service. They just installed my 4th Blue Ox tow package on new Jeep. Can hardly notice, they really do a nice installation job. Paul Shaw really knows his stuff and is very easy to work with.

I lost a wheel on my trailer near Sprinfield, IL. I needed it replace quickly as I had to continue my way for customer presentations. Trailer Masters were great! They quickly took me in, replace 6 broken bolts, the drum and installed a new wheel and tire. All with excellent service and great smiles. To my surprise, the price was good. I recommend to all to stop by Trailer Masters!
