We were very pleased and thankful for the recommendations that Alicia Wilson gave us during our recent trip to Berlin, Germany. She was able to book the hotel we were looking at online, on other sites, at a much lower rate. She even let us know that there was a breakfast option that we could add which we found to be very convenient, and made the trip better. We traveled with seniors and also valued her expertise on travel insurance which to our surprise would cover medical as well. We went ahead and purchased it for peace of mind and was also affordable. She processed the reservation in a timely manner and we received booking and insurance information both by email and regulare postal. We are looking forward to using her services next time we travel.
