Grand Palace Inn

This is by far the nicest hotel for its price in this entire area, maybe even northern Alabama everything was immaculate the rooms are all newly redone and extremely clean. I reccommend this hotel any day.

The rooms I have stayed and has been remodeling they were very clean and you can't smoke in the rooms lot of bright lights loved my stay

Ignore the negative posts, I’m here on a 2 week business trip and every other hotel I’ve stayed in around this price range was so dumpy and disgusting. This place is a breath of fresh air for the price. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, spacious, and SAFE! There are drop ceilings which allows for some noise from other guests but it’s not enough to bother you. Yes the owners and staff have strict rules but it’s honestly for the best because of the area. Their no guest policy and strict rules keep out the “riff raff”. I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with my stay and will definitely be booking again when working in the area!

For the price, it’s the cleanest and biggest rooms you’ll get in town. Each room has a microwave and a fridge. They have a strict rule policy. As long as you follow the rules you agree to when you check in, you won’t have any issues. Never seen a bug. The owner Andy is no frills but kind. The night staff worker is pleasant as well. I was homeless for a few months and grand palace was my go to for a cheap clean room.

Clean, housekeeping is outstanding. Not cheap but well worth the money. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. Rooms are sufficient for the business traveller (as I was), bed was comfortable, heater/zircon top notch. Shower was instant warm. Towels leave a bit to be desired but served the purpose. Kinda hard to get to but once there a couple days, figured it out. Definitely will stay again.

I was very pleased with my two nights stay here. The customer service was super friendly as compared to some of the other local places that have been rude. My room was also very clean and the covers were new and they were clean as well.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff here is also very commendable as they're so friendly and accommodating :)))
