Sarah and Danielle were extremely helpful guiding me though a very stressful situation with a family member who lived in an upstairs apartment in my house for a small sum $. We initially offered the upstairs space to help this lady get through college and she did. Access to the upstairs was through our kitchen and up the stairs. About 6 months ago this lady began to be very hostile to us and a lot more that I will not share. The tension of this situation caused me to put key lock door knob on our master bedroom door and other doors in the house to prevent unwanted access. I posted a notice on the front door of the apartment informing her that I was terminating the agreement and I gave her 30 days to vacate. She refused to do so. During this process I contacted Sarah Taggarts Law Office seeking guidance in the very difficult situation. I cannot say enough good things about the guidance and support I received from Sarah and Danielle. They helped me navigate through all of the legal land mines and to craft a path ahead to evicting our unwanted guest. Bottom line is that when our house guest finally realized that she was headed for a very bad legal situation that would haunt her record for years and severely impact her ability to rent an apartment in the future…. She packed up and had movers take her property out of our house. Yah … Sarah and Danielle are my Heros. My wife and I feel we live in a completely different and very pleasant home where we will spend our retirement years. Thank you Sarah and Danielle we are extremely grateful !!
