We were in town to visit some relatives and had some time to kill. Our car was filthy and our family had a coupon for Lee’s Magic Tunnel Car Wash. we had also heard good things from some of our local friends.

At first, when we first arrived, the place looked a bit run down. I must admit our expectations were low. As soon as we arrived to the line we were instantly greeted by Ray who was very sweet and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the services provided and very engaged with the customers. So much so that I asked him if he was the owner. It is unusual these days to see employees that actually care about customer service. To our surprise, he replied that he was an employee but that he liked people and really cared about his job. The conversation with him was very refreshing and a great starter for a good customer experience.

At the time I was riding with my 8 y/o and, of course, she wanted to stay in the car to see what was so “magical” about the tunnel. This is normally not permitted but Ray understood the ask and made it happen. Everyone was very understanding and helpful with the situation. When we finally went through the tunnel, there is nothing really magical about it, but my daughter still had a blast. We came out of the tunnel and stepped out for the final touches. The guy working on the car spent at least 20 minutes going over every spot. The car sleeps outside and it had some really bad stains that he worked on specifically and kept going back inside to get different products to get them out. After that the car was ready and absolutely spotless.

Overall, It was a great experience and we feel like everyone gave their best. Kudos to Ray for being so kind and caring about the customers. We would definitely go back when we’re in town again.

Nice place, clearly have been around for years. Love the vintage sign, and quick service. Family dynamic inside, seeing younger generations learning how it works. Ability to tip both back (start of wash) and front (detail and dry). These people work hard with their hands in the cold, make sure you’re tipping folks!!

Great, quality productivity by the staff as well as friendly service.. This fast paced business is proof that you can work hard and enjoy your time at work nonstop. Oh and did I mention that they make any vehicle look and smell brand new from interior to exterior of every vehicle that comes through the wash!!

The folks here care about doing a good job and they are kind. Chavez specifically took so much care to clean our interior - it looks new!

My family has used Lee's on several of our cars and they've always done a great job, but this one was a flat-out Christmas miracle. Took my '07 RAV4 that was in desperate need of a deep clean after 4 years of heavy use (stuck pet hair, dirt, sand, food stains, the whole shabang) and made it feel as brand new as it could be! Never thought I'd see it looking like it was the day I bought it, yet even hours after taking it home I'm still sitting out in the cold and just admiring the handiwork in awe. Took a couple of days (and I honestly thought it would take more), but I cannot stress enough how much it's worth the wait!

GREAT job! Loved the way my car looked! My car was shiny as new. Very nice vacuumed in places I couldn't reach. Seats, windows & shells looked wonderful. My sister & her husband uses them & highly recommend them. I recommend them most definitely 😊

Lee’s is the best in huntsville. They go out of their way to make the customer happy. Their hands on staff makes sure your vehicle is showroom ready.

This isn't your in and out wash your own car-car wash. You will be here for 30 minutes or so (it was busy when we went) but they detail your car so well you won't mind. I still remember watching the car go thru the tunnel as a kid and taking my own kid to to do the same was a plus for me....and shows how long they have been doing this and doing it well. Lee's is one of the only things in Huntsville that hasn't changed in at least 35 years. Keep doing what you're doing! It's definitely working. 10/10 DO recommend and will be back

As far as car washes go you get what you pay for, however, I've been through a lot of them and this is the only one I've felt satisfied with. Payed for the managers package and not only was the outside clean but they did a pretty good job cleaning the interior as well. There are more expensive options for detailing and such but it's worth your time if your in a pinch and need a clean vehicle in a short amount of time.

Car always come out looking straight.

Better than new! These guys took my FJ Cruiser from off road, lived in, camping, fishing and all around abused vehicle and made it look brand new. I was in shock when I first saw it, these guys are amazing, hands of God!

My car was pitiful! And it came back shiny and new! I got the managers special and it was well worth it! I have 4 children and you can image the sticky icky fingerprints everywhere and these guys did an amazing job!! Some of my windows weren’t cleaned but I don’t think it was part of the package I chose, however, I am still very grateful and I most likely will come back here to have my car washed and cleaned!

Great car wash. The owner is very nice. Abraham is the best clean up guy. Very proficient and thorough. Friendly too. Relatively fast car wash considering the level of work they do. Relatively cheap for what you get. I've been going for over 10 years with no issues!

Lee's did a great job detailing a 16 year old vehicle. I couldn't believe how clean they got it. Would definitely recommend the detailing service.

My car was particularly nasty after driving through snow storms up north where they use road salt. I did have to wait quite a while for the undercarriage procedure, because there were a number of people having it done. It had snowed in Huntsville also. The wait was worth it, however. They exceeded my expectations! My car looked fabulous inside and out! My husband brings his Dodge Challenger here and only here to be cleaned once a week. You know they've got to be good for him to trust them with his car.

One of our company vehicles had gotten pretty nasty. When we picked it up from being cleaned and detailed, it looked better than it ever has. Damone was friendly, fun, and did a splendid job. I was shocked and amazed. Go here for the best service and kindness!
