Huntsville Hospital Imaging Services

Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and given the location where I would need to get registered so that I could receive services ordered. Once we were called back proper verification was done to ensure that the patient was who he was suppose to be. Warm smile accompanied the tech as we were walked to the back. A lot of healthcare workers have a difficult time shifting from patient to patient when there is an age variation but the tech did a superb job of this. Follow up upon departure asking if I was taken care of and to have a great evening! Very pleased with our visit!

We are waiting for our mother to have a PET scan and the receptionist has the personality of a shoe and has made/received t least 5 personal phones calls (Where we could also hear her conversation) unprofessional

Great place to plan to have your next birthday party, because that's how long you will wait just to see the imaging front desk. You're first forced into the scrum waiting at "registration". Problem is the one desk serves every clinic in the building. Primarily they check your insurance status (hopefully you do), or if you have 'Trumpcare' (non- existent - joke's on you).

My MRI was cancelled due to the winter storm that came. Did anyone call? was a text notification sent? No. I found out by driving to the appointment and finding the lights off. Even the online platform didn't update people nor the phone when you called. I got a call this morning (6 hours after the MRI was supposed to occur) and was called by a manager Lindsey who began raising her voice and yelling at the patient when I brought up not notifying the patient is wrong. The blame game of the servers were down, we had no way of reaching out and offered no apology at all. This is not the first bad incident I've had with HH network. If you can please go anywhere else for anything medical, HH has to be the worst medical system I have ever encountered living in different parts of the US throughout my time.

When you try to contact someone here for medical reports it is one endless loop. Transfer after transfer and no one knows anything.

Extremely slow and very poor communication while waiting hours past appointment time. Wont use again.
