Okay, now...we haven't bought a new car for 14 years...we shopped on line for 3 days...went to Bently Hyundai in Huntsville.
Had an appointment with Lanney JUST TO LOOK.
But, after a test drive, great financing, and signing the paperwork, we drove our new Hyundai Santa Fe hone this evening.
Incredible...we were expecting maybe a nightmare, but it became a dream come true.

Hands down the best experience I've had buying a car the salesman I dealt with was a Mr Collins and he should definitely be running the place or worst case scenario get a raise because I bought a lot of cars in my time and I've never had a car salesman be so non-pushy and knowledgeable.

They have very friendly sales associates here. They were helpful but not pushy and made buying a car easy. They walked through all the new features of the vehicle and made sure I understood how they worked. Overall, the team here made buying a new car an easy task.

Due to Covid the car selections are limited but these people do back flips to satisfy. Drove a car off the showroom for me to test drive. No pushy salesman, just the type assistance needed when trying to decide which car to purchase. Had it been a different situation where I didn't need a car right now, this is the place I'd definitely go.

AWESOME customer service. Had my car towed to the dealership. They diagnosed it and fixed it the same day. The service department is so helpful and so nice.nwhen you are having a terrible day because your vehicle is not working correctly they know how to treat the customer so there day is better.
One less stress that you would have to worry about.

First class customer service. I think any dealer can sell a car but keeping customers satisfied is another story and Bentley Hyundai goes all out. I can make service appointments online and spend a short amount of time waiting for the service to be performed. I've bought many cars from many dealers but Bentley Hyundai is heads and shoulders above others in my opinion.
