I’ve literally been to so many places looking for a new car! This is legitimately the only place where your job actually is your credit. As long as you have a great work history, you ARE APPROVED. I’ve been putting off coming here for well over a month and now I’m upset I didn’t come sooner! Silas has been texting me for over a month now and today is the day I went and left within two hours, in my new to me car! None of them there treated me like I was a stranger. From the time I walked in I constantly talked, Silas and I talked about personal details of our lives like we’re besties! The manager made sure he told me every detail, even the ones that aren’t so great. We went through every single paper one by one and he explained everything to me, good, bad, he told me everything. They’re great people at American Car Center in Huntsville Al. 9/10 I do recommend. The only cons was the few cars to choose from, but it is a small car lot. The only other bad thing I seen was a flat tire on a car I test drove, it can be fixed though. If I could do today all over I’d 100% do it the same way, just maybe test driven my new car first so we got out the door sooner ☺

Mr. Lamar, I really appreciate everything you did to make sure I was in a car before I left. You are a great salesperson with an awesome attitude and I would recommend American Car Center to anybody. THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I recommend you go see Rick Santiago, because he and General Manager, St. Nick ( as I now refer to him)..helped me out of a nightmare car situation, and put me in a gorgeous, reliable, softly used car ... so believe me when I tell you..they saved my life! Dustin Silas reached out to me unexpectedly asking was I still in the market for a new car. Fortunately, his timing could not have been any better. I was indeed in need of another dependable work vehicle. I have not been to there website recently so I did not have an idea of what they had in inventory. He offered me one of my dream cars fully loaded. I was amazed, he was reading my mind it seemed. He got me approved in a day and we made an appointment for me to come test drive the vehicle. After test driving I quickly realized some unsettling issues. I brought my concerns to Dustin and Von and they assured me it would be addressed by a professional. After two weeks I am called to accept delivery of my dream car without any mechanical issues. They were able to fix everything and more. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank You. My gratitude is beyond words.

Went with my sister to American Car Center Huntsville and had the most pleasant experience with Ben Randall. He took the time to answer all of her questions and put her in a reliable car in her price range . It was nice to meet a salesman that was focused on the customer and not just making a sale. I would definitely like to do business with him in the future and would recommend him to all of my friends

Amazing service !!! (No I’m not getting paid for this review) lol but these guys made sure I didn’t leave without a vehicle and didn’t give me just anything ! Highly recommend them. I was very pleased with my entire experience with American car center! I needed a reliable hopefully nicer vehicle. I went there because I have followed the GM and have bought 7 cars with him now. Once again he treated me right! His staff Herman and a newer gentlemen on staff, stayed late with me and did everything to make my experience a good one! I got the car I wanted and I am so happy!! American Car Center was determined to put me in a well maintenance and nice vehicle. Mr. Vonn was a very thorough and pleasant salesman. It was a great experience dealing with him. His professionalism was outstanding! He was neat and we'll spoken with a great smile. Mr.Nick the General Manager ask me all the questions you think about when purchasing a vehicle. ALL the way down to the color of it!!! His professionalism was excellent! He was very well spoken and pristine. He put me in exactly what I ask for with a reasonable down payment!!! Great monthly payments too! I recommend anyone and everyone to go to American Car Center. You will NOT be disappointed!!😀

The best used car sales experience, my husband and I have had. They have a good variety of cars that are all in good shape. JB made us feel welcome and explained everything we needed to know. He was very knowledgeable, and helped us find the car that we wanted, not what he wanted to give us. The process was easy. I would recommend American Car Center to anybody.

I went in yesterday to purchase a new car and Mr. Dave made my experience a breeze! He's very professional and effective! My deal was complete within two hours! Never have I been in a dealership and out in such a timely manner! The entire staff was personable and that was amazing too! I had a great experience yesterday at this location. I was little Leary after reading the previous review but the finance manager was very thorough in his explanation of my contract. My payment wasn't very expensive and I'll have my car paid off in less than 5 years which was my after seeing the terms at Drive Time. Dave Sales was a great sales rep. I'll be referring customers to you guys in the future. God bless

Excellent service! Dustin Silas was my car salesman. I am a private contractor who was having car issues and trouble financing, but Dustin set me at ease and worked it all out with no issues. He also came and picked me up to finish the sale due the fact I did not have a ride that day. Awesome service above and beyond.i completely recommend Dustin and American car center. They even helped me find a cheaper car insurance policy and saved me alot of money. Awesome group of people!!!!

My expirence with American car center was just great the salesman remembered me from months back when I was looking for a car in June 2016, i was surprised he remembered all the details about me wanting another ride. American Car Center in Huntsville made my car shopping experience one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. Lavon helped me and was very patient and concerned for my transportation needs. They put me in a car that I know will be reliable and last me for some time to come.

Our sales person was Dave Sales and he definitely lives up to his name. The process was easy and we drove away with a 2014 Malibu that we love. Chapman even let me borrow his charger when my phone was about dead. Great bunch of guys! You need a car...get it at American Car Center! Thanks for everything!
