Hotel Lincoln Inn

This place has always been a great place to stay, but since the name change, (and ownership?) it's even more pleasant. It is immaculate and the night manager, Chad, was incredible. He went above and beyond the call of duty, and is as kind as can be. The price was even lower than other hotels in the area. They have my business for life!

The only downside is the beds are hard to sleep on. Every thing else is perfect! They have very friendly people that work here! Would highly recommend it 😀

Very spacious room, comfortable bed, great water pressure. Had a fridge, microwave, and coffee in the room. Great hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, and gravy biscuits. Ken at the front desk is awesome. Price line had messed up my reservation and he took the extra time to call them and get it situated. I will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay everyone here is very helpful.. I been told not to stay here but some people are just to dam picky I mean it's cheap and somewhere to get away for a few days everyone here is very nice and will get u what u need when u ask

At check in, the front desk associate, Rose, was very nice and helpful. She reassigned us to a different room when we discovered an unpleasant odor in the first room. Sound travels easily through the doors as you walk down the hallway. The hotel was clean and new. The staff was friendly. I recommend this hotel.

We decided to drive a bit farther than the Springfield Best Western to save about half the price. It was worth it. We liked that they recognized that we were members and gave us a gift bag on arrival and another for the road when we left. The staff was very friendly & helpful. There were a couple improvements they could make. The cleaning staff left a dirty towel behind the door and the furniture looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a while. All in all we would stay there again especially for the price.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

We rented two rooms for our extended family. They were different types, 1 king and 1 twin queens. They were both clean and confortable. The hotel is located about two miles off of the Interstate but easy access from a side road off the main road. The pool was not open this season yet but the breakfast bar was very good. The staff was very friendly, cordial and helpful in getting us settled and to a close by restaurant. The room rates were reasonable. The BW site was used to reserve the rooms and they were ready when we arrived. We will be back to this hotel soon.

Let me say, we work in a different states and when we stayed at the Lincoln Inn Hotel.
We were greted warmly.
Was able to get our rooms complimentary upgraded, and since they a bar in the lobby, we were able to enjoy some cocktails.
Amazing stay and good staff.

Andy at the breakfast kitchen was amazing. He talked to us about our trip and helped us with everything that we needed. The guy at the front desk was super nice and helpful as well! They both deserve a raise.

The hotel was great. When we first checked into our room we found a large number of ants in our sink. We washed the ants down and let the front desk know.

The breakfast is continental but they leave some of the yogurt in the fridge all the time. They also during the afternoon/evening had a thing of chicken noodle soup and a thing of chili. Coffee, tea and hot cocoa are also available all the time. Spoke with one of the employees and found out that the soup is only a winter thing but it is definitely nice.

When my wife realized that she had left the cap off of her toothpaste and it had hardened the front desk brought her a small packet right away.

Came to Lincoln for a friend's wedding and had problems finding a hotel for the night. Came here in a whim and the customer service is AMAZING. The front desk woman was so helpful and accommodating, even when we didn't have a credit card. The room was freshly remodeled and clean with everything spotless! Will definitely stay here again if we come to Lincoln.

Wonderful place!! The people were very respectful and very helpful! Spotless rooms and facilities! Highly recommend anyone to stay here especially if you have pets! They are welcomed my dog Lola without question!! I will definintley be staying here again!!

Really a very lovely hotel. The exterior looks like your typical motel/hotel. But the reception is extremely hospitable, and the rooms very comfortable and nicely appointed. Good breakfast included. I will stay here again.

Yes. Yes. And yes again. From check in to check out everything has been above what I've experienced at every hotel I've stayed at! We checked in with Maddie and she is just a delight to talk to....oh...and the continental breakfast is actually a continental breakfast! Not just warm coffee and hard bagels here.

This hotel was attractive and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and quite adequate. The only thing I would have liked was for the pool to have been in order, but all in alll, this hotel stay was a terrific bargain.

Wonderful rooms. All the staff was amazing chris was super helpful. Sam and Bobby made me feel at home. I was booked into a great remodeled room. Just overall great stay.

Very good experience...the staff is friendly and helpful, the wifi is very reliable and fast. The breakfast are was well stocked and the young man in charge of it was very efficient and friendly. We were very pleased with our experience at this property.

Jessica at the desk was very helpful and made us feel welcome I would give just her a five star. Nice clean room.

Check in was smooth - front desk staff was helpful in suggesting a local establishment for supper - room was comfy - LOVE lots of pillows - breakfast was filling - overall stay was good

This is becoming a much better hotel the environment is changing awesome staff very clean and good prices highly recommended
