Moe's Original BBQ - Huntsville

I have been in Huntsville Alabama for three days now and this is by far the best food I’ve had. I had the pulled pork platter with baked beans and coleslaw. The pulled pork was so amazing. It tasted very fresh and the barbecue sauce with a cherry on top. It also comes with cornbread, which is toasted on both sides, making it absolutely delectable. I ate my meal in about three or four minutes it was that freaking good. I did do a 5 mile trail run right before so that might’ve also helped with my appetite. Lol. I heard a lot of people talking about the wings so I’m going to need to try those next time.

Honestly best food i had eaten bbq wise ribs and turkey soo good meat soft and tender really recommend eating here for sure

It was the first time for the hubs and I, but it will definitely not be the last! The staff were all friendly, the food was great, and the atmosphere was perfection!

I got the catfish and smoked wings platter with baked beans and potato salad. My husband got the pulled pork with slaw and macaroni and cheese. All pictured below.

A whole rack of baby back ribs cut up into individual meat sticks sounds good to me. A whole pint of black beans delicious. The red sauce and white sauce are phenomenal. The pulled pork sandwich was absolutely delicious as well as some good old-fashioned sweet tea

Been working downtown for a year now, and I feel embarrassed I’ve never eaten here til today. This honestly might be a new Friday tradition. The chicken wing platter was amazing. Just a little bit of heat, a little bit of smoke and good sized pieces. Fried wedges dipped in Alabama white sauce are you kidding! Don’t sleep like me, get ya some Moes!

Moe's is our BBQ staple in Colorado, so when we found out there was one in Huntsville, we were so excited.

Cool ambiance, and the ribs are always really good, but the sides are really what this place is about. Some days the selection on sides are better than others but it's usually pretty good.

The dry rub smoked wings with white BBQ sauce is so good. The flavor really hits your tongue. Juicy wings that taste like zapps voodoo chips with a creamy white BBQ sauce. Also had a Bushwacker with salted caramel whiskey and it was one of the best drinks I've had in a while.. a cocktail and dessert all in one.

Good food, great people, okay pricing. When you consider the location they're in and make some assumptions as to their costs, the prices are reasonable, but for a tourist just looking for a plate of ribs, the menu prices can come as a bit of a shock.

Crushed a Sunday Funday while I was in town, incredible service and food. Bread Pudding was amazing and Liz our bar tender was top notch! Thanks, for a real good time! 🤘🍻

Smoked chicken sandwich was great. Chicken was a touch overdone, but still delicious and had a great rub. The slaw was fresh and different from most mayo based slaws. Solid Mac and cheese too! Great location in downtown Huntsville!

Hannah was very welcoming, and she did a great job serving us. Food was great as always.

Fantastic barbecue and fast-friendly service. :-) less than 10 bucks got me my sandwich and drink. 5 stars 🤩

Good beer, good food, great service. I was only in Huntsville for a few days, but went there twice. Will go back next time I'm in town!

We were in town from KY to visit the space center. Wanted some authentic Alabama BBQ the 1st day and went to a very bad place. The 2nd day we ventured out further and found moe’s which completely redeemed our thoughts on bama BBQ. Great ribs, wings were phenomenal and love the Alabama sauce. Great job and highly recommend.

The ribs were AMAZING!I like the way that they add a tiny bit of green pepper to the potato salad and jalapeños to the corn bread.

The Brisket on Tuesday nights is delicious 😋. The staff is very friendly and beautiful! 🍑🍑🍑 The Dry rub wings were awesome too! Can't wait to go back!

We like the downtown vibe for this Moes location. The food has always been great, never a mistake with the order and the staff are very responsive. This is one of our family go to places.
