I bought furniture here January of this year. Cristian waited on us and he was above and beyond with customer service. I did purchase the warranty as well! The furniture was not holding up as well as we had hoped. I returned to this store yesterday and Cristian waited on us again and I was so impressed with his customer service and kindness! We were given store credit for the other furniture and we picked out new items! We did not have to pick out the same type of furniture that was being returned! Our 2 recliners and the couch were delivered the very next day! The loveseat is on order and will be delivered when it arrives. I forgot to get the names of our delivery guys but they were also very professional and nice! We did purchase the warranty again! I will be a return customer for all my furniture/appliance needs in the future! We highly recommend this store!

Although American Freight didn’t have what I originally came in for, They were a great help in getting me all set up with a new queen platform bed. They were patient, kind, and made sure we were all squared away before leaving. Would recommend working them over anyone 10000/10
