Albert's Flowers & Morris

We used Albert's flowers for our wedding September 23rd. They provided flowers for the church and reception. I must say I was so pleased with everything. The Alter flowers, my bouquet, corsages and table arrangements were beautiful. They were able to incorporate blue and I was very thankful. The team there is amazing. Thank you for making my wedding day amazing.

I ordered flowers to have delivered to Owens Cross Roads. Although you see online and they look great, I can say they were just as beautiful when delivered. Do not make the mistake I first made and order from a company that is no where near the local area. That was not a pleasant experience. Thumbs up for Alberts Flowers!

I have purchased flowers from Albert's and received them, and they never disappoint. Just a really great local place that beats the big chain florists every time in terms of value and attention to detail.

I picked up a dozen beautiful red roses for my father to give to my mother for her birthday. It was a last minute, ordered at the counter, my wait time was minimal in spite of no notice. I really appreciated the box like attachment to the vase to make it stable for transport!!

Update 17 November 2023: Albert's did a wonderful job with my father's coffin spray. A beautiful arrangement of fall flower.

Stopped in to get a lovely lady some flowers on the run. I was looking for dahlias, and while they didn’t have them - the front desk worker was kind enough to think of another spot that may have them. When the other spot didn’t have them, I went back inside and asked if they could whip up a quick bouquet of flowers to go - and they did a wonderful job. Very helpful and friendly all around.

Kay is the absolute sweetest. I appreciated her communication and effort to provide a solution for an order impacted due to inclement weather. Her attentiveness to the details were a God-send.

Absolutely the best! A dear friend was in the hospital, and when I tried to send flowers, he was in ICU and didn’t yet have a confirmed room. Albert’s called the hospital every day (multiple times) and delivered the flowers as soon as he was in a room. Their efforts are unmatched in service, and rare these days. I couldn’t be happier with my choice of a florist.

I called you right when you opened on a Saturday morning fro out of state and spoke with Grace- she could not have been nicer. I have used Albert's for years and they never fail to exceed my expectations! Flowers are always fresh, fragrant, and absolutely beautifully - everything from prom flowers, to floral gifts, to silk arrangements for the cemetery. They are so wonderful to work with and willing to customize to make the arrangements be distinctive and special for the recipients.

We live in middle TN and ordered the Thomas Kincade Christmas deluxe arrangement for my sister who lives in Huntsville, AL. They were delivered promptly on the next day and my sister sent a photo of this gorgeous arrangement. We are extremely pleased with the beauty and attention to detail as well as the prompt delivery. Albert's are hands down the BEST flowers in town! As a church administrator, I can Albert's flowers out at any funeral - and I've seen a lot of flowers! I used them for my wedding, and always send from them. I've never been disappointed.
