Engineered Performance Lab

My husband and I take our 9 year old to Engineered Performance Lab for hitting lessons with Eric! She has improved so much in just the few months we've been going there! She just hit a triple after not making contact for weeks! Eric really breaks things down and makes it easy to understand and remember! We love it there! If your kiddo needs lessons in softball or baseball he offers hitting and pitching lessons! Give them a call!

My son has been training at the Lab since Oct 2020. He had played Rec baseball every season at Palmer since TeeBall. Never played Travel Ball. When he tried out for 7th Grade Team (Sept20), he didn’t make the team. We went looking for help to fix his issues. This place was a HUGE BLESSING as a MASSIVE GAMECHANGER. He worked 2 days a week until Aug21 and 8th game tryouts were a success. He was the only new player, from the 7th grade team, and played Outfield. He continued to work, at the Lab, and made the BJHS Freshman team with ease. He was now a Starter in Left Field. He then was asked to pitch and realized he enjoyed it. So he now works on his body, batting and pitching at the lab. He pitched 7 Freshman games - one to two Innings Relief for 5 games and then started his last 2 Games pitching 4 innings then 5 innings, getting the Win for both games. This is only the beginning of his baseball career and we are SUPER STOKED to have the Lab as a Partner in this total Athlete Development.

Courtney and her team are the best around. They’ve helped my daughter with pitching, hitting, and conditioning. I’ve seen her confidence grow since she started over a year ago. They have well developed plans for their athletes and incorporate newer technology to give them an edge. I highly recommend Courtney’s team!

We have been going there for about 2-3 years now. They really care about their kids. They help provide all the mechanics for pitching and hitting. They are very forthcoming with drills and such that can be done at home. And this place is always clean and the instructors are always friendly.

Courtney and her team are second to none. The growth we have witnessed in our high school baseball player is a testament to the time EPL dedicates to each athlete!! Clean facility...immeasurable amount of knowledge...have your athlete train with the best!!

This is the best place for athletes to train. The owner has worked with athletes of all ages including MLB players. The entire staff is involved with the kinesiology department at UAH. Clean environment with the knowledge to help all athletes!

I am a certified pitching instructor by EPL. They have not only equipped me with the correct mechanics and clearly laid out guide lines to progress my pitchers but they have also helped me build my business where I can have my dream job!

The best all around!

Asked to be contacted multiple times and no answer. I asked about only doing 8 weeks worth of training, their contract is for 6 months but when I asked in email about only doing 8 weeks they cancelled the contract and never reached out to understand anything.

Pricing is way to high, $375 every 8 weeks and your in a 6 month contract. $1,125 little pricey
