Comfort Inn & Suites near Route 66

We made an overnight stop on our way to Missouri. The night clerk was very friendly. The king room was great and comfortable. The Continental breakfast was fresh and warm.

The woman at the front desk was very nice very accommodating. She was very pleasant and I appreciate the customer service. The lobby in the front office was very clean and look nice. My bed was very clean and very comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. The room smells nice. The bathroom is clean. Everything was great. I give this place an A+.

Excellent stay for the price. We stayed one night on a road trip. The front desk employee and trainee were both very friendly. The room was clean and smelled pleasant. We’ll definitely be back if driving through again.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was AMAZING ☺ The only suggestion I would say to make it better would be to have taller toilets my mother is in a wheelchair and had a hard time getting up w her weak knees .... Other than that everything else was Awesome

Glad we chose to stay here. Very clean and comfortable with accommodating staff. Plenty to eat for breakfast including cheese omelettes, ham, and waffles.

Our stay was wonderful, The rooms were very nice & cozy, and the breakfast was good, it was continental breakfast, donuts, bagels, English muffins, cereal, muffins, mini danish’s, etc. . You can make your own waffles, but they also had mini omelettes and sausage Pattie’s, Which I loved! Our stay was great, and comfortable, and the lady at the front desk was very helpful, and getting us an extra cot, extra towels pillows etc. . Thank you for a comfortable stay!😉

Good place to stay overnight. Great location, clean rooms, decent breakfast bar. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful.

Amazing staff. We had to unexpectedly stop over night due to weather. The lady at the desk got us checked in quick and gave us a great rate (even with the pet fee). Super clean rooms. A godsend in what was a not so great night.

We intended on staying two nights and ended up staying longer. The room was clean and our dogs were welcomed. The staff was very warm and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and at the same time respect our privacy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!

Arrived without a reservation but that was no obstacle. The staff was friendly and efficient and we were checked in without delay. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was small, but I didn't really plan to spend a lot of time there. Overall a nice hotel.

The Holiday Inn was a great place to stay, very accommodating to our needs. We wanted adjoining rooms and got two together. A family member needed a handicap accessible room. It was a great room and very accommodating for her needs. I have gone to this hotel for years and would definitely go back. Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly.

This is a good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for being free. The cookies set out every evening were very good! There is a great Italian restaurant (Guzzardos Italian) near by, I suggest you eat there while in the area. It’s in my reviews as well. My whole experience here was very good. I would stay again if I’m ever back this way.

Got a super smoky non-smoking room (despite the sign outside on the hotel saying the property is smoke-free) at first, but thankfully they had another room to move us too. Pandemic breakfast to go was much more generous and tasty than we have seen so far.

We stayed one night and we were pleased with the room, bathroom, beds and pillows. I really love that the tub was super clean. Traveling with a 2 year old and an 8 month old, a very clean tub is important!

I would like to thank all of the staff at the Holiday Inn Express in Lincoln, IL. Do to a small fire in one of the rooms at my brothers complex here in town, some of the residents had to be relocated for temporary housing. The staff at the hotel have been not only very professional but also sympathetic to the plight of the guest being displaced from their homes and pets in the middle of the night. They have gone above and beyond to make my brothers stay comfortable. On all three shifts the staff has been most helpful and I thank each and every one.

Clean rooms, nice staff. Door key didn't work, gave us a new room since the door wasn't working right. Average coffee (not burnt).

This hotel isn't special in itself but the people who work there make it special. They are so kind and attentive, it was such a joy to stay there. The rooms were clean and we had everything we needed.
