I absolutely love Encore Furniture. I’ve been buying and selling with them since 2013. Craig & his staff ensure I have a great customer experience every time. My most recent purchase was this mattress. Brad went above and beyond to find what I needed for my back. He called me when this SERTA memory foam came in. I came in the store and it was perfect for my back. I got a great mattress, for an Awesome Price, and with great customer service. This is a great place to find something you need to decorate your home. Furniture is gently used, there are lamps, pictures, home decor, all used. There are new mattresses very reasonably priced. Staff is helpful and polite. Some items are marked lower and on sale. Ask! Good place to hit first when you need a patio lawn set or spare room furniture.

I think these folks have really upped their game recently. I used to stop in with marginal success, but I dropped in last week and immediately found about 10 things I wanted to take home. (I settled for 3 - ha!) The staff is really friendly, efficient, and helpful. They answered my questions quickly (despite the fact that they were very busy) and they helped me figure out the logistics of picking up my furniture.There's a good variety of styles and prices and the merchandise, a lot of which is new, seems to rotate pretty quickly. There are several large rooms of furniture including mattresses, so you might underestimate the size from the outside. I'll definitely shop there again.

This is consignment store is absolutely GREAT! We found a beautifully looking antique table with 6 chairs. It was very decently priced ($210)!! We bought it right on scene. The moving fee is $50, which is ok for us. Love their selection and their store location.

This is the first place I will look when looking for good quality used furniture. They have new stuff too! The staff is really nice and helpful. I love going in this place , it changes all the time . If you see it and love it , you better buy it, things don’t sit long . They also have a clearance room in the very back that’s worth checking out. Happy shopping!!!

My best furniture store since 1996. Some changes under new management. I'd like to see more private owner consignments than larger store brand. In all, great staff and quality. The store is always organized and very clean!

Super glad I went in there! I thought it was all used furniture but after visiting I realized that it's mostly new stuff. Ended up buying a new sectional at a great price and love it. Brad was extremely helpful but not pressuring. Would recommend checking them out before you buy anywhere else.

This is a wonderful store with a continuous offering of reasonably priced and mostly used home furnishings. Just as important is the honest, very dependable, and outstanding customer service. Over the years I have made many purchases, consigned several items, and will continue to recommend Encore Furniture of Huntsville, AL, as an honest business to visit and/or interact with.

The store takes in people's furniture and sells it for them, I have both bought and sold furniture here. Great prices. The owner gave great customer service and was very friendly. I would definitely do business with them again.

They had a full-sized royal stander carousel horse for $184, need I say more? The selection was ok, with just enough offbeat stuff tucked in to bring me back to check for new treasures. The store kept going and going...lots of dining sets in the back, a neat antique loveseat with a poor reupholstery choice...but solid & cheap enough to have updated. The prices are fair. Definitely worth a quick stop if you're headed that way, imho.

Got some great deals here! Got a solid wood dining table & chair & a China cabinet. We wished we would have shopped here 1st before buying our new couches. Would have saved a lot.
